Kabimba to Act as President until Sata Returns Home

Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba, will indefinately act as President until President Michael Sata who is overseases, returns home.

According to Government Gazette notice No. 385 of 2014 dated June 27, 2014, signed by Secretary to the Cabinet Dr. Roland Msiska, the President delegated the functions of President to Mr. Kabimba from June 20, 2014 until his return.

On July 1, 2014, Dr Msiska issued a statement to respond to the growing debate on President Sata’s handover of instruments of power to Mr Kabimba, upon departure to Israel.Kindly note that all comments will be reviewed for appropriate content. It makes no difference who sits on the Throne really,what counts is what he/she does whilst sitted there like the following:
.Arrest the kwacha’s decline
.Improve health care delivery
.Attract meaningful investment both domestic and foreign
.Give people a meaning constitution

Please can someone educate me as to who is suppose to sign the much talked about document (Instrument of power thing)? Is it the president or secretary to the cabinet?

Pray for HEMCS. Also pray for peace in our Country. Pray for HH so he can learn to wait and not cause confusion because it looks like he is next after HEMCS. Support Wynter as he covers it is not an easy job. God bless Mother Zambia.

Kabimba thought he would act for a month.We hear the owner of the chair is coming back today.So anyala.
He even moved to state house on the pretext that he had to answer in coming calls!!

WE ARE AWARE OF PF GIMMIC TO OUST OUT GIVEN LUBINDA, BY CHIMUZUNGU SAYING THAT HE (GIVEN) DID NOT QUALIFY TO STAND AS PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE DUE TO PARENTAGE ISSUES. THAT IS WHAT IS HOLDING BACK THE RELEASE OF THE MUCH NEEDED CONSTITUTION. WYNTER WILL NEVER RULE…LUBINDA WILL. THE REASON LIES IN THE HANDS OF MAJORITY ZAMBIANS.
