Statement from the Defence Headquarters:
Troops on patrol around Delwa and neighbouring communities (in Borno State on Wednesday) successfully broke through insurgents’ ambush 35kilometres to Maiduguri as they advanced to dislodge insurgents who were massing up in the area.
The fierce fire fight that ensued as the troops wadded through the ambush left scores of insurgents dead, while 3 soldiers died in action.
7 soldiers who incurred various degrees of injuries have been evacuated for treatment while the troops have continued with their mission.

I can’t wait to hear boko haram being reduced to borns,because they are worse to humanity than aids or any deadly disease.

But the military should be very careful because the situation in which those children are is like the wheat field in which when you are weeding,you always affect the wheat itself.
