LCC Pulls Down Manhood Enlargement Posters
THE Lusaka City Council has started removing penis enlargement posters from the central business district.
LCC acting public relations manager Mulunda Habeenzu said the council police commenced the exercise on Monday and started with Cairo Road.
“We started yesterday with Cairo Road. This is just the start. From Cairo Road, we shall move to other places. We are asking the residents to help us by pulling down these posters whenever they see them because they have no blessing from the local authority,” he said.
Habeenzu said the penis enlargement posters had offensive messages which had not gone well with the communities and that the council had been receiving numerous complaints from the Church.
Habeenzu said the posters had also greatly contributed to the dirt in the city.
Habeenzu said the council would engage the Traditional Healers Association and see how they could work together to address the situation.
“We understand most of these people who put up the posters are not even registered under the Traditional Healers Association. So we want to work with the association to bring sanity and stop them from putting these offensive posters. We have noticed that most of the names on these posters are foreign names so we want to warn these individuals that they risk being prosecuted because their numbers are on the posters,” said Habeenzu.

Instead of burning fuel to go round removing these posters, just make an ultimatum for these quak witch doctors to remove thier posters. Failure to that they should be arrested for creating the mess. Their numbers are registered, so its easy to tress them.

Firstly, I would like to apologise for that video. Thanks to LCC for the initiative to save our men from loosing sexual portence. My main concern is that ALL manner of posters make our city look dirty. It is time the city council banned them. On these posters are contact numbers which make it easy for the council police to follow up these people soiling our beautiful city.

Mu Zambia we lack people with brains in the councils. those adverts have phone numbers or addresses. just write to the advertisers and give them a 21 day’s notice to clean up. failure to which you”ll prosecute them and they should bear the costs. for the penis, my husband has a big one and I am always satified.

I blame ZRA Immigration Department. It looks like in our country our immigration laws are so weak to the extent that anyone from our neighbouring countries can infiltrate our land and do whatever they please. To start with, just look at the number of advertisements in our newspapers especially the Post. This is where you find all types of traditional doctors who will among other things claim that they can enlarge your penises, tighten your vaginas, bring back lost lovers, make you rich, the list is endless. How do these people manage to get permits for such atrocities. Government should step in and deport these unwanted vices before our men and women are initiated in these hopeless ventures. It is only through prayer that you can lead a satisfying life. You have to work to become rich otherwise money rituals will only shorten your life and they come with conditions attached to them. Ever wondered why these same wizards are not rich?
