Castrated Chongwe Man to Remain “Sexually Disabled”

The Chongwe man who was recently partially castrated by his wife may remain sexually handicapped for life.

This follows preliminary investigations by University Teaching Hospital-UTH medical experts who have declared his severed manhood redundant.

Urologist Dr. Francis Manda says 41-year old Victor Mulaula may not be able to sexually perform.
