Management at Lusaka High School has prevented some pupils from writing their end of term Examinations and sent them away for not paying their school fees in full.
The pupils who protested against management’s decision raised several concerns and are calling on government to intervene before they miss out more.
Secondary School teachers union SESTUZ, General Secretary, Sitibekiso Wamuyuwa has condemned the act and called on school management to engage the pupils’ guardians who are responsible for paying fees.

Parents must be responsible for their children education. The link between the School and Parents is the children therefore the child suffers because of negligence of the parents.
