Exposed: Bemba Chief Puta Promises to Deliver Luapula to Tribal HH
CORRUPT Bemba chief Puta of the Bwile people in Chienge District has assured tribal leader Hakainde Hichilema to deliver Luapula Province to UPND in 2016.
Chief Puta who is a Tonga by tribe from Mazabuka district is one of the two chiefs in Luapula Province who are Tongas, the other being Chief Chisunka of the Ushi People in Mansa.
Chief Chisunka is however not as corrupt and crooked as Puta who can kill for money. Puta last year sacrificed two of his youngest children on Lake Mweru all in his quest for wealth.
Yesterday, Tribal HH popped up from nowhere to attend Ubuilile in Chienge, a ceremony performed by his tribesman.
MMD leader Nevers Mumba last week condemned tribal HH for not attending traditional ceremonies done by Bemba chiefs.
As if to confirm Mumba’s concerns, HH decided to attend, a ceremony by a Tonga chief instead of going to Samfya where another ceremony was taking place during the week.
A source within the Bwile Royal Establishment has told Tumfweko that Puta paid and instructed a group of people to stage manage tribal HH’s entry into Chienge so as to show that his fellow Tonga is making inroads in Chienge, a PF stronghold.
“This chief is corrupt, just because HH has given him money he is busy decampaigning PF. You remember how he banished PF cadres in 2011 after Ruphiah Banda paid him. He prepared gifts for HH and gave him publicly so that people can see that they are birds of the same feathers, ” said the source.
The source said all what happened to receive HH was single- handedly planned by Puta.

You are the very people who are making bembas seen as if they are Tribalists while they are not. personally I know senior Chief Puta very well and had many close interactions even when I was not there for ibuilile ceremony I know what my chief is capable of saying and doing. Strongly I am P.F and I love my president very much. But this you are saying is useless, stupid and nonsense. Please stop tarnishing the name of my Chief and my President Sata. Excuse me,do not bring Bembas in your tribalism. real Bembas are not tribalists, it is the Luapula small tribes that practice tribalism. why do you call yourselves bembas when you have your own distinct tribes which are very very different from Bemba. Your learning Bemba in schools does not qualify you to be Bemba, speaking Bemba does not qualify to be Bemba, so why waste your time potraying yourself as something that you are not.
Can Fred Mumembe call himself Bemba?.really, really..Please note there is no Bemba from Luapula you just make a fool of yourself.

lets not suport tribal politics. Wen a country is not performing well economically, its not one group or tribe that wil sufer. I come frm eastern, but i dot think my grandpa in the vilage in eastern province benefited anythng during bwezani admin. But if we voted for someone with presidential qualities, i think anyone regardless of which region they come from, wil be able to ve bread n butter. Am confident, Hh can do it.

chief puta has never seen peace with PF At one time Kabimba threatened to take him to court. This has continued and he feel he will be safe if PF can be removed. HH went there like he went to chitimukulu knowing the chief and PF are in bad terms. There is nothing like being Tonga its a mata of trying to talk advantage of a situation
