Let her start taking anti-retrovirals. Go to any hospital for that. If she takes them regularly, her viral load will soon be “undetectable”. That does NOT mean that she is cured, but it means the probability of her transmitting the virus to you will be remarkably reduced. You can then take the risk of having “live” sex with her, and even sire children with her. In the meantime, continue checking your HIV status every three months.
