Witness Testifies in Palan’s Sexual Harassment Case

Three A witness has told the Lusaka magistrate court that game stores manager Maduramutho Mare Palan started mistreating Mukamuluti Mwila,a former worker after she refused to have sex with him.

Rico Shula,a stores controller at Game Stores told principle resident magistrate Aridah Chulu that when she inquired why Mukamuliti was crying she responded that her boss wanted to have sex with her but kept on mistreating her.

And Mukamuliti testified that after she told Palan that she was tired of his sexual advances, he started mistreating her and making her to lift heavy things.

This is in matter in which the game stores boss is accused of indecent assault and sexual harassment
