‘Palan Sexually Harassed Me 3 Times’

MUKAMULUTI Mwila, who has sued Maduramthoo Mare Vincent Palan for sexual harassment told the Lusaka Magistrate’s court that the Game Stores manager sexually harassed her three times before she reported the matter to the police.
Palan is charged with sexual abuse and indecent assault.
Ms Mwila told principal resident magistrate Arida Chulu that it took her long to report the matter to police or the union representatives at Game Stores because she did not know how to make the complaint.
She said in cross-examination that she felt vulnerable to narrate her ordeal to anyone as she feared that she would lose her job.

Palan is definitely a sociopath who deserves no leniency from our justice system. The law must take its course. If convicted, ensure he services the full sentence in a Zambian prison. Bumbafu lyakwe.
Mukamuluti, girl you make me proud gor standing up gor yourself. Damn the bloody job @ Game store.

such people like palan should be punished harder. Our wives and sisters have become so vulnerable in the name of keeping there jobs. such stupid creature should have respect for women. the government of zambia should look into such matters seriously and not take them lightly.
