The Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) has commended State house for coming out in the open and announcing that President Michael Sata has left the country for medical checkup.
FODEP Executive Director MacDonald Chipenzi has told QFM News that State House has done recommendable job for coming out in the open with regards to the President’s health.
Mr Chipenzi says this will allow people to start praying for President Sata’s good health now that government has officially announced that he is seeking medical attention.
He has however advised State House and Government to develop effective communication skills when dealing with important state matters.
Mr Chipenzi says it is worrying that government and State House find it difficult to effectively communicate about matters that boarder on President Sata’s health.
Mr. Chipenzi has also wondered why State House did not announce who President Sata has left the Instruments of Power with when he left the country last evening.
And Church of God World Mission overseer for Lusaka province Bishop Naison Nyonyo has also appealed to Zambians to remain calm and continue praying for President Sata’s good health.

Just a day before yesterday Kambwili was saying Sata is well and working properly in state house, yesterday we are told the president has been evacuated.what is wrong with these PF handlers?Wat will happen to the presidents he has invited for the jubilee celebrations. To come and be addressed by Edgar Lungu, this is really embarrassing and can he step down with due respect.

When they come out open like that “nikukamba kwachikulu”. It is either he is dead or very sick, so they are preparing you for the news.

kikikikikikiki….ati “kukamba kwachikulu..”. That is the problem we have in Africa. You send someone to count cows. When he comes back to report the number to you he goes “….I think they are 10.”. He cannot just say “They are 10.”.

” The President has left” is different with ” The president has been evacuated.”
Let’s pray for the president instead of those rubbish postings. We all fall sick and we need encouragement from other people.

@Chibote, do you understand the gravity and grave the president’s health is? The family went with him… thats not “leaving” he was “taken” abroad. Pray he comes back alive, evacuation is an emergency if its was a routine check up he would have ‘left’ with the wife and bodyguard or assistants.

Almighty, our living God let those who cerebrate the sickness of the one whom you chose to be our leader, be driven mad and throw themselves into Kafue River and die. Let president Sata be able to see their deaths and probably be in attendance!

Innocent and straight forward corrupt free people like George Siame formerly of ZRA, and who can tighten all customs and tax loopholes for criminals, is suffering on the streets of Lusaka, when criminals are drinking shampaigne with their girl friends. Government now needs more revenue than ever before mwe bantu. I think Hon. Lungu, Acting Presido, should deal with this matter!
