SAD:Footballer Dies After Suffering Serious Spinal Injury During GOAL Celebration

_78402208_tributes23-year-old Indian footballer,Peter Biaksangzuala, died after suffering a serious spinal injury during his goal celebration for his local team against Chanmari West FC in the Mizoram Premier League.

Biaksangzuala fell awkwardly on his head as he attempted a series of somersaults after scoring the equaliser for his team Bethlehem Vengthlang FC in India last week.

The match was being televised and watched live by thousands of supporters.

Teammates were about to jump on the midfielder to celebrate the goal when they realised he was seriously hurt.

He was rushed to hospital where doctors operated to try and repair his spine which was badly damaged but he died on Sunday after his condition deteriorated in hospital.

Lal Hmar, a football official in Mizoram state, told reporters in capital Aizawl that the young footballer had agreed to donate his eyes before his death.

Hmar said the local association was planning to hold a charity match in Biaksangzuala’s memory.

Biaksangzuala’s team went on to lose the match 3-2.10698405_872297099447744_821603013795242296_n

…If it’s 2 weeks old why try things you aren’t a master in? Actually how many veteran footballers do somersaults, Chipolopolo has only two.

Thats why Mario Balotelli rarely celebrates when he scores…. it is way too dangerous the way some strikers celebrate
