Ths judgement depicts high level of unfairness in the judicial system of Zambia.I say ths looking at how Kanene ws nailed.Kanene did nothng wrong if we look criticaly into hs issue.His judgement ws sentimental.God wl punish whoeva ws involved in Kanene’s nailing.Bamufyengelefye umupondo.the Zambian judicial system is so devaluated that people cn b convicted wthout clear justification.

True…Anyway I think Kanene had that kind of judgement coz he kept fooling the girls’ mother ati “Eve alila cheve chigologota..” (The mother to the girl is crying while Kanene is busy chewing the girl…something like that). He went on to fool the judiciary system, etc. That is my personal view of why they decided to give him stiff punishment….or else how can one explain his fate? Especially considering the fact that the girl in question already has a child?
