People’s Party President Mike Mulongoti has observed that the gaps in the constitution have largely contributed to the confusion in the country following the death of President Michael Sata.
Mr Mulongoti points out that it was unZambian for acting President Guy Scott to act in the manner he did when he revoked the appointment of Edgar Lungu as PF Secretary General when the late President has not yet been buried.
Mr. Mulongoti however notes that the draft constitution released recently has tried to close the gaps that exist in the current constitution.
Mr. Mulongoti says by acting in the manner he did, Dr. Scott has created a problem for himself and has made Zambians to lose confidence in him.
He has advised the PF to be careful in the way they handle matters during the transition because it has potential of making people to lose confidence in the party.
Mr. Mulongoti says the ruling party should for the moment concentrate on mourning the departed president and deal with pending issues after the burial.

kikikikikikiki…..funny.
Anyway where I come from, we have a saying ati “Pukutwe Munyelela siliba”. This is a story of a man called Pukutwe. He was going on a very long journey. Suddenly he felt very thirty and there were no nearby villages to ask for water. When he looked on left side, he saw a well. Pukutwe was very excited. He took some water from the well and drank. He even took a bath and rested. After he was refreshed and ready to go, he decided to shit (poop)in the well and continued on his journey.
Two days later, he was returning from where he went. He felt thirsty again and remembered the well. He dushed forgetting that he shitted in it….figure out the rest.

Now that he’s in the opposition that’s when he’s noticing the gaps in the constitution? How convenient!

Guy Scott takes one action in couple of minutes, and all you do is talk about it for whole week. And you claim you are just as efficient as anyone else. Move on. We are bore with this story.

MULONGOTI IS A SHAMELESS POLITICIAN WHO SHOULD NOT TALK ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION SINCE HE HAD HIS TIME TO MAKE A BETTER CONSTITUTION.ITS VERY SAD FOR MULONGOTI TO BEGIN OPENING HIS DIRTY MOUTH AND SPEAK ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION AND BLAME SOTTS FOR THE BRIGHT IDEA OF SACKING LUNGU WHO BEGAN ORGANIZING PROTEST OVER THE ACTING PRESIDENT. SHAME ON MULONGOTI AND YOU THE MEDIA WHY DO U GIVE SO MUCH SPACE TO THE PEOPLE LIKE MULONGOTI WHO HAVE FAILED THIS NATION.
