ITALIAN JOB: Frank Mutubila To Divorce Wife Evelyn After Italian Makes Her Pregnant
FORMER deputy High Commissioner to Italy Frank Mutubila has filed for divorce, alleging that his wife Evelyn committed adultery and is currently pregnant.
According to a petition for dissolution of marriage filed in the Lusaka High Court principal registry yesterday, Mutubila, a journalist by profession, stated that his marriage to Evelyn, also a journalist, had broken down irretrievably. “The said marriage of the petitioner and the respondent has broken down irretrievably in that the respondent has committed adultery with a person unknown and is currently pregnant,” read the petition in part. According to sources, the unnamed man in the petition is an Italian national.
He stated that he and Evelyn lawfully married on December 23, 1999 at Trinity Church in Lusaka. Mutubila submitted that during the subsistence of the marriage, he and Evelyn cohabited at 63 Via dela Mendola, Cassio, Rome, Italy but were domiciled in Zambia.
He stated that they had three children. Mutubila prayed that the couple be granted joint custody of the children with care and control to him and that Evelyn bears the cost of the petition.

please read, Frank only said that she committed adultery and is currently pregnant. he did not say that it is an Italian’s child.

These are the consequences of age difference. Even the BIBLE says, “can two walk together, unless they agree?” (Amos 3:3). Frank is a finished rug of about 65 and Evelyn has just turned 40. The other one is tired and the other one is fresh, how do you get along? Lets be realistic in our approach to marriage which is a life long commitment.
