Anybody Thinking Of Expelling Scott Is Not In Right State Of Mind – Kambwili

Sports Minister Chishimba Kambwili says anybody thinking of expelling acting President Guy Scott from the Patriotic Front is not in the right frame of mind.
Contributing to debate on the 2015 budgetary allocation for State House in Parliament this morning, Mr Kambwili says as far as he is concerned no Central Committee meeting was held to expel Dr Scott and that to his knowledge Dr Scott has not been expelled.
Mr Kambwili was reacting to some media reports suggesting the PF Central Committee has expelled acting Republican and PF President Dr Guy Scott.
And winding up debate on the State House budget, acting leader of government business in the house,Yamfwa Mukanga emphasized that Dr Scott remains acting President and has not been expelled by anybody.
M r Mukanga says the PF is a law abiding party and can never take such an action.Kambwili
Earlier his contribution to the debate, Monze Central Member of Parliament Jack Mwiimbu said the ruling Patriotic Front is creating anarchy and provoking the Zambian people out of greedy and desperation for power.
Mr Mwiimbu says the decision by the PF to expel Acting President Guy Scott as reported by the Daily Nation is recipe for chaos in the nation.
Mr Mwiimbu wondered why the PF should deliberately cause anarchy in the country, barely one week after the death of President Michael Sata.
He has appealed to the PF to put the interest of the country ahead of their individual interests.
And Luena ADD Member of Parliament Mulumemui Imenda says to assume that the Zambian presidency is only a preserve of black Zambians is discriminatory and against the republican constitution.
Ms Imenda says what was overthrown in 1964 was the system of oppression and discrimination which existed then and not the colour those people.
She says the seat of President should be protected from any form of discrimination.
Mafinga Member of Parliament Cathrine Namugala on Wednesday told Parliament that she is saddened that a non indigenous Zambian in Dr Scott was acting as President.

that’s true, all right thinking Zambians must protect the presidency from mafias like edgar. Edgar is not different from kabimba.

the police or the army must move in and reprimand Lungu and his minions.

People look at the big picture! even though Scott is not standing, the Lungu group still want access to campaign money and state machinery during this period which Scott may not tolerate. Hence the desperation to control the government in these 80 days remaining.

Not at all!! That scare at Scot was necessary to remind him that he ain’t supreme. He was on the rampage firing Edga, Hapunda and many were on the list. Did you not see how quickly he agreed to be present in the Monday PF supreme board? Good Kambwili and Scot, at least you’ve shown us that we can make each other work together!! Nevers, Hakakondo Hakwitako, Miyanda mwapya Lungu uyoooo!

We will be fine, that chi mudala is zambian , we all love our Zambia , Mafia, thief , ule, you, me, name them, at the end of the day we are so educated that we know how to follow the Law. We sha do the right thing at the end of the day. I personally think Lungu is gonna be the President after the forthcoming poll , as for now the party should allow Scott to lead us to Kabwe rock of authority. Edgar will win , if not him I believe it will be a better candidate.

We are talking and mocking the Presidents to be.Every confused person want to become President. But immediately they finish their little money, they face the real challenges of spendingsand disppear from the game. Let everyone aspiring for the presidency spend their own monney and not to take advantage of their access to the taks payers money.Lung is a poor Malawaian. Where is e going to get the money for his campains. The same applies to such lost destitutes like Mulongoti,s PPP and that gentleman called ADEDO with opportunist ideas. These people are opprotunists, ready to sell us as brothers and sisters for few coins. Traitors.

Listen below to what laws of Zambia says :
Article 38. (2) “Whenever the office of President becomes vacant, the Vice-President or, in the absence of the Vice-President or if the Vice-President is unable, by reason of physical or mental infirmity, to discharge the functions of his office, a member of the Cabinet elected by the Cabinet shall perform the functions of the office of President until a person elected as President in accordance with Article 34 assumes office.

See what these USELESS PF MPs are doing to Zambia, Kaponyas, basokwe, Viva Guy Scott, Viva GRZ, abash Drunkard Edgar Lungu! Abash. Where is UPND? Where is HH?. Please Whip useless PF MPs out of Zambia as they are a disgrace to humanity.

Malawans do not know what democracy is. That is why they cling to power even if they lose elections. That is why they afraid of democracy. It is very embarassing to see this Malawan, even organizing his lawyers to take the matter to the court. Even if he knows that the country called Zambia has a constitution for everyone to abie upon.

Lungu should test his real popularity at the convention because that is a true litmus of how he will perform next year against other presidential contestants. Everything is simple and straight forward. Go to the convention, sell himself and see is he gets the peoples thumbs up. Then he can travel the country in one month to campaign. The man has no proven track record and is very scared of other candidates within PF. So far he is trying to use PF female puppets like Jean Kapata, Old Inonge Wina, etc because women are very easy to bribe.

If the man cannot uphold his party constitution, how can we entrust him with being at the helm of our country. We have ourselves to blame if we do not vote wisely this time around.

The current state of the ruling party is not doing them any favours. It speaks of an organisation that has never jelled together and the demise of it’s core founder has thrown it into confusion. These guys need to present a united front if people are going to take them seriously.

Namugala has tarnished her image (as a leader) with those comments. She should learn from people like Nawaki a smart girl who would make a good president except Zambians are not yet ready for a female president.

Now I see what UPND supporters mean when they imagine Hakapuba Hakakulu to be giving us sleepless nights. Its out in the open, 1 week of Edgar Lungu coming to the fore has TOTALLY obliterated their diaper politician (Hikainde Hachilema) to page 23 of all leading tabloids (Sangwapo in the Post).
Now they are all trying to scam Edgar. Sorry chums, the train has rolled out of the station. Edgar 1 Lungu for president.
