Edgar Lungu Not Fit To Be President

Dear Editor

Edgar Lungu himself is not a person with bad character. He was seen as a person who would not doubt succeed the late president Sata(may his soul rest in peace)  democratically looking at the he positions he was entrusted with. However Lungu has proved himself  that hes not fit at all to be president, by the lust for power and lack of respect for the constitution.

If Lungu cannot  follow the constitution of his now party what can make him abide by the constitution of Zambia? He has truly shown his true colors. Some members of parliament, were intimidated to endorse Mr Lungu,  but  to those who were promised jobs shame on you. You have no respect for Zambia and Zambian at at largge especially the voiceless and the poor people.  You have shown the people of Zambia how how  much you are craving for jobs and willing to Sell Zambians for you selfish job desires.

Thank Dr Scott for remaining patriotic and for sticking to the constitution. Dr Guy Scott is one in a million people who can say no to what is wrong and stick to what is right and that is the constitution.

Dr Scott is a man, he has stuck to what is right, he has proved he’s a different politician ready to loose his job just to make sure democracy prevails. May you continue with the same spirit Dr guy Scott.

May  the Zambians vote for someone who will respect the constitution and have a heart for the people especially the voiceless and the poor. May Zambians to vote for people who will take Zambia forward.

      November 21, 2014 at 10:55 am

I agree, Dr Scott and Sata were very close. They worked and did a lot of things together. They had a lot in common. If there is anyone who would carry the vision of Sata forward, that someone is Guy Scott. It is unfortunate the constitution cannot allow him to do so. The very constitution they were fighting to bring into being is haunting them…THAT IS How LIFE IS….What goes round comes around.

PF party presidency should be floated at the same general conference. Scott should go. For a few weeks that he has been at the helm of PF affairs there are a lot of squabbles in PF.I agree with HH when he called him names no racism intended. For those who think if Edgar is not fit to presido then HH will do No Lungu in PF Vote HH. Aleisa aleisa. You guys in PF you were suppossed to get a sympathy vote through Lungu but you have thrown it away to HH. You will instead get a protest vote mark my word.
People are not interested in people dinning with the cartel. You will see.

Yes, come convention & after, I must see Edgar Standing. Without EL,am looking in the Hichipuba Hichabola direction. The writing is clear, Edgar Lungu for PF and National Presidency.

Zambians let pray to God Chapala kwati something is about to happen in favour of satan that is nga tatuli prayerful we have lost our beloved president, i will put it like two days ago its too fresh for people who are morally upright to start fighting for power especially those who were very close to the president, pretended to be royal to him but not.In this case including the former first lady who is suppose to wait for the wounds to heal its very shocking and disgraceful lets unit and seek Gods direction and let him give us a seasonal leader who will take mother Zambia to greater heights.

Is Zambia now a monarchy that 4 members from Sata’s family feels they are entitled to be president of zambia. The bigger questions is when does a widow, som, nephew and basebele of the deceased person feels its natural to take over from the dead….for me..its when the enterprise is family owned….so my question is Zambia now family owned by the SATAs family

Its very clear, that there is so much effort for some people to ensure SATA’s family interest are protected, but the question is?, What is more important as at now, protecting SATA’s family interests or protecting the interests of the 14 million Zambians. Yes it clear that, 100s of Satas’s family and friends who got jobs in the missions abroad or within will end up losing their jobs, but the important thing is Zambia belongs to 14 millions and not the the one family.Seriously how can you have (4) members from one family wanting to run the country.

The other question is why then did we not allow Maureen Mwansawasa to run for President when President Mwanawasa died?… What is so special about Dr Kaseba now……its just that, Cartels and Sata’s Family interest have to be protected. Zambians…open your eyes…..SATA’s family are not the only one who are entitled to run the country or even PF does not belong to the SATA’s family, so many Zambian like the voters and the supporters worked hard for PF to be in govt. We are going to set a bad precedent that, after Dr Kaseba, then Gerald SATA will also feel he has to take over from the mother.
