Breaking News: Lusaka High Court Declares Edgar Lungu As PF Presidential Candidate
The Lusaka High Court has in the last few moments issued out a consent judgement in which Defence Minister Edgar Lungu has been declared the party’s sole Presidential Candidate, The ruling as further declared the December 1st General Conference that elected Matero MP Miles Sampa null and void.
The ruling comes hours after Lusaka lawyer Mutale Kaulugombe denied having declared Mr. Sampa as the lawful PF Presidential candidate

The manner in which Zambian legal documents have been easily and conveniently misinterpreted indicates that Zambian lawyers never apply principles of scenario simulation when drafting laws. It shows that Zambian lawyers never anticipate legally binding documents to be used to guide proceedings and to settle disputes. LAZ take note.

I Feel We Need To Approach The PF issues with objectivity. the courts, lawyers and media are having a field day. the coarts are compromised they lawyer are not helping, this may not be good for mother zambia,

The courts are a disappointment in Zambia, the way they issue legal documents even a lay man like me am very disappointed. What guarantee will I have that the law is Zambia will protect me the way they have been acting. The courts seem like they are under Lungu s pocket. If they say Lungu won the presidential elections then Zambia has the worst justice system in time memorial
