Breaking News- Miles Sampa Burried: EDGAR LUNGU Is PF President- Lusaka High Court

download (1)Lusaka High Court Judge-in-Charge Judge Chali has buried all hopes that Deputy Minister, Miles Sampa would have had at the Presidency.

Judge Isaac Chali dismissed the application by Sampa filed yesterday before Judge Mungeni Mulenga and referred to Judge Chali this morning and stated that the action was an abuse of the court process.

Sampa’s legal recourse has reached a dead end as he had hinged his hopes on a failed General Conference that couldn’t even meet the barest quorum.

Sampa sought an injunction to restrain Edgar Lungu from assuming his position until his complaint was addressed.

Sampa, Bridget Attanga and Guy Scott incensed the Judiciary and the country when they defied a lawful court order and with impunity proceeded with an event prohibited by the court.

This probably marks end of the road for Sampa’s hopes.
Edagr Lungu is launching his national campaign on Saturday in Kitwe and Mansa on Monday.

I feel sorry for Sampa my friend. He should now quickly form a part and win the election.

  2. MALOZA   December 5, 2014 at 7:50 am

Edgar Lungu is a drunkard, gambler. Sampa is a suspect ritual murderer. The announcement of the late MC Sata MHSRIP was delayed because the acting president (Edgar) was no where to be found; he was busy at a Casino, gambling & drinking the night away.

Remember the Hit song: – KAMINA MISA KAMINA MISA akolwa ubwalwa, akolwa ubwalwa KAMINA MISA.
KAMINA MISA KAMINA MISA alube ng’anda, alube ng’anda, alube ng’anda KAMINA MISA.

This time I’m not commenting. Congrats Lungu but start hiring members of Red Cross to help you when you collapse after the results have been announced in January. Remember we are counting down

Wakufa sazibika. Haven’t you ever heard a young rich man dying from being hit by own Tonga bull?
Death, like weather, can come to anyone, from any angle, at any time.

If anything, death creates jobs for the living….

        • Bana J   December 5, 2014 at 11:42 am

You have misunderstood the whole matter. Its not about death, point of correction! its all about politics kana

  15. Chalo Bantu   December 5, 2014 at 9:54 am

    P. F. has to finish the term and Lungu should stand.
Lungu must run with 2 Vice Presidents.

Sampa to lure the youths and Kaseba to lure the women.

Both Sampa and Kaseba definitely have a following.

Lungu must reconcile with all NEC members and MPs.

  16. Chimpwena Market   December 5, 2014 at 9:58 am

I feel sorry for HH and UPND,they will not win Northern, Muchinga, Copperbelt, Eastern,Lusaka. Southern province in the last four general elections have been voting for UPND and HH there is nothing wrong with that it their turn now as for us in the east will vote for lungu. so it you are not happy go and hang

  17. Blessed land   December 5, 2014 at 10:23 am

Go go Lungu go go,Gods tim is the best fear nt for he is in protection com january 20th is a walk over.

  18. Zed   December 5, 2014 at 10:52 am

It is surprising how PF supporters are bent on supporting what is wrong. A person who hires thugs to sort out his opponents is considered a hero in PF. The general public has a course to be wrong with this line of thinking. If PF can beat the hell out of their own members, thinks twice about them sparing you who is not part of their team. The more reasons one should not vote for them.

  19. Edwin Kilwe   December 5, 2014 at 11:06 am

An APPEAL is better. GO. GO. Sampa. Yuo were the one at the conference and not judges. You were the one and others who were intimidated. You were the one that saw the pangas and guns.

I do not trust these judges. It is even better to trust a lunatic than some of these judges. What facts did they have to declare Lungu President of PF. Some judges think they are also some small GODS, but the future will prove them wrong. Let those judges go to HELL.

    EDK

    • one   December 5, 2014 at 11:29 am

Ba EDK think like lell not like jumbo that kind of thinking is long gone.if u want sampa tell him to foam the party and go and vote for him into his bedroom becoz u are all fools and u should go to hell yourself not the judges go to school so that u understand some of these things u idiot.

  20. the wise   December 5, 2014 at 11:12 am

this is what Scott wanted we told him and his so called cartel group that you guys are fighting a loosing battle that fight needed someone who had some knowledge of law not just from the bruise like Scott who has degree in farming expect to win Edgar lungu who is a lawyer.in such matters you cant win have you seen now Scott has become a laughing matter together with his group bena sampa who were just following blindly they thought a farmer (scott)would fight for them even mmembe has also failed now the only thing mmembe has remained with is to write negative on edgar lungu,u have failed u criminal we want the money back that u got from DBZ and the money u are owing ZRA we are going to pin u down just wait and see.

  21. Trixy   December 5, 2014 at 11:24 am

If and I mean IF Lungu wins the presidency of this country in January, it will definitely without me and my family’s votes. My vote is just too expensive to give to a useless drunkard and thief. Us Zambians have a problem am telling you. No wonder these politicians will always take us for granted. Even if they walk in town naked today, we will still vote them into power. The problem is semi-literacy, but again even the so called intellectuals are something else…

  22. cisi cesu   December 5, 2014 at 11:31 am

Miles Samoa has a lot of years to develop his political career. Do not worry about the verdict. And for those who keep on saying bad things about HH and Tongas is very unfortunate. You work together, go to the same churches, and even in love and producing children. Let us respect each other.

  23. Bana J   December 5, 2014 at 11:35 am

kekeke! Yaku! At PF=EL what an equation!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wapya Munzi

  24. peddle   December 5, 2014 at 11:37 am

Edgar is miles ahead of Sampa/Scott.

  25. hai   December 5, 2014 at 11:42 am

Lungu does not need yo vote neither your family’s votes to win an election NO the votes that we are going to give him is enough to carry the day come 20th janoury 2015.so keep your vote it is not neccesory to us.

  26. J J   December 5, 2014 at 11:45 am

EL was Radio Phonex. The man has no clue, no plans of his own. He believes the dad man Sata will guide him to victory.

  27. Mike Mubanga   December 5, 2014 at 11:45 am

God chooses leaders. Before Sata became president people said he will be a dictator, which i never saw.And now we hear that Lungu is drunkard and is linked to casino activities, but now the very thing that changed Sata not to be a dictator will change lungu not to be a drunkard during his tenior of office if God allows him to be our prsident.
Its better we pray that really God gives us a responsible leader, rather than posting falsehoods on this media.
Why spreading ama here says.Even HH has his own wicknesses and so is everyone of us.
Tutemwane bane bonse…… God bless every one of us and the nation.
