Inonge Wina Explains Lungu’s Walking Stick
PF National Chairperson Inonge Wina has explained that the Walking Stick seen with PF President Edgar Lungu was given to him by the Litunga Lubosi Imwiko II during his visit to the Palace.
“Let me explain the Walking Stick. it’s not from a witch doctor( audience laughs). When he (Edgar Lungu) was Acting President, he visited the Litunga. As a mark of respect, the Litunga gave him a special gift. This walking stick is given to a few selected individuals”
She stated that she had heard many speculations about the Walking Stick and needed to explain.
“You must consider yourself lucky. This gift is given by the Litunga to a few selected people” she said.
There has been speculations that Lungu is a muslim (He is infact a christian of pentecostal heritage).
Audiences refer to him as ”Igwe” after Nigerian Chiefs or as ”Kagame” after Rwandese President Paul PaulKagame because of his lean and tall frame.
Inonge Wina was addressing a mammoth rally on Sunday in Mansa.

everything changed on how I was looking at Lungu. I thought he was one of the cheap guys in PF but to the contrary. He is actually smart. |Very smart indeed. listening to the way he speak. He never lies nor manupulate pipos mind.. He is straight foward. I have a filling he will to far much better then Sata. He is going to correct many errors in the PF.Look at the constitution issue, he managed to convince sata to release thr drafted one. Let wait and see… He has my vote..

Ladies and gentlemen, let’s face the fact: HH is the best candidate on offer. Let’s not vote along tribal lines/blocks. Arent’t we tired of stagnation Africans? We should ask ourselves why we have stagnated whilst Asian countries have made major quantum leaps in development. @ Osgriss benegois, indeed which Litunga gave EL the walking stick? The Litunga does not open his mouth anyhow as to refute Inonge Wina’s story and this she knows. She is just trying to weave a story stressing ‘special people’ to draw the Litunga in a masked endorsement! Visitors to kings and chiefs palaces receive all sorts of gifts and a walking stick is common in western province. Visit the museum at Limulunga and you’ll be able to purchase Lozi artifacts.
