Concentrate On Your party, PF Secretary General Tells Kabimba
Patriotic Front Secretary General Davis Chama has dismissed new Rainbow Party President Wynter Kabimba’s assertion that the ruling party is a violent party.
Reacting to Mr Kabimba’s statement during the launch of his party yesterday that he left the Patriotic Front because of the violence in the party, Mr Chama says Mr. Kabimba failed to tame the cadres during his time as PF secretary general.
He points out that it was during Mr Kabimba’s time as PF Secretary General that the ruling party lost one of its members during a by-election in Livingstone.
Mr Chama has since advised Mr. Kabimba to concentrate on his newly formed Rainbow party.

Davies Chama, another one died in Rufunsa too. Let us see how you are going to tame them now that you PF SG. Your cadres attacked opposition political cadres and you did not condemn them, are you in control of things?

If the Bemba word “chikala” is such a big insult, which it is, it should not be published in public media. I hear bemba speakers use this word on others so loosely and have wondered why?

Songo remind Davies Chama also that a third Pf cadre- one called Simweulu 18yrs old of Garden compound died when PF cadres clashed along Airport road.You also remind this Davies Chama who seems to have short memory that Sata was the mastermind of 2001 Chawama and Mulungushi macheting! So how do you expect PF to be non violent when its founder Sata was the commander of Kadobis and Scorpions when they Macheted people in chawama compound.Hence Kabimba could very right.

You are a thug trying to find reasons for wanting to commit your crimes. We are not children. We know the history of cadreism in our beloved Zambia. From UNIP vigilantes led by the late President in the 1980s to MMD and now to PF. Mapatizya was a reaction to MMD aggression and mockery. PF leaders and cadres alike must know that just like school bullies eventually suffer public shame when their long suffering victims gather coursge and fight back other parties will also fight back. Mapatizyas will always emerge in the face of intimidation and aggression from thugs.
