PF Reconciliation Is Real As Evidenced By Members Agreeing To Work Together -Scott

Acting President Guy Scott has said reconciliation in the Patriotic Front (PF) is real as evidenced by senior members of the ruling party agreeing to work together.
He said at a press briefing in Lusaka yesterday that the reconciliation at the top will now trickle down to the lower structures of the ruling party.
“We are one big family in the PF and we have a big job to do. We are all committed to defending the legacy of our late President Sata and ensure we win the presidential election on January 20,” Dr Scott said.
At the same briefing, party secretary general Davis Chama said suspensions of members at the lower structures have been nullified but he warned that undisciplined members henceforth could still be disciplined.
“All suspensions have been lifted in the party countrywide, especially those that were slapped on party members who were supporting certain individuals,” Mr Chama said at the briefing, also attended by Matero Member of Parliament (MP) Miles Sampa.
“The members of the party have reconciled. I am appealing to all PF members to remain united, to forgive one another, love one another and campaign in a peaceful manner so that the party can emerge victorious on January 20,” Mr Chama said.
He said all suspensions that were based on witch-hunt are not valid and urged party officials countrywide to embrace the spirit of love and reconciliation.
Mr Chama appealed to PF MPs to go flat out in their constituencies and campaign for party president and presidential candidate Edgar Lungu.
He also dispelled rumours that Mr Sampa wants to form a political party.
“The man [Mr Sampa] is here, he is still a member of the PF and has assured me that he will not form any political party,” he said.
Mr Chama said the party reconciliation should quickly reach the grassroots and he urged members to stop making false accusations.
And Mr Sampa said some of his grassroot supporters were suspended and he expected the party’s reconciliation to be reflected at that level, too.
Meanwhile, Dr Scott has apologised to United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema over Bishop Edward Chomba’s accusation that the opposition leader was a satanist.
“On behalf of the party, I apologise to Mr Hichilema. The talk by Bishop Chomba had no blessing of the party. We are committed to a peaceful campaign and not to a campaign based on accusations and character assassination,” he said.
Dr Scott said the PF is basing its campaign on democratic principles.
And Mr Chama said the PF campaign is issue-based and will remain peaceful and civil.

UPND shud just accept the fact that PF has performed beyond our expectation besides their term ends in 2016. There is no way we can change the working Govt all we need to do is to tell them areas where they need to improve

No need to emphasize the point Dr. Scot. We heard and believed you the first time you spoke. Its only these UPND shitheads who wished to propel the divisions because that is what they are used to. When Mazoka died, his vice presidents (Chisanga and Sakwiba) were hounded for the sins of being Bemba and Lozi. That is what they hoped PF would do. Manje, banyaa ba swine, PF is intact. We differed on issues but principally we are one. As evidenced.
Meanwhile, Spiritual things aint political and spiritually discerned: So ulya Bishop will NEVER apologise to the Satanist if he has discerned one to be. So Hakaivotela Humwine is a satanist PERIOD! No Politics Involved.

Dr. Scott is a very wise man. May God Bless you Sir and have a lovely Christmas. I also wish Hon. Miles Sampa a Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. My most sincere hope is peaceful elections as we vote for our beloved President Edgar Chagwa Lungu.

IT’S JUST ONE WAY OF SOLICITING FOR VOTES. DIFFERENCES WILL REMAIN WITH THEM TILL MILES SAMPA IS MADE VICE PRESIDENT TO CUSHION THE IN FIGHTINGS.
