Zambian Man In UK Jailed For Rioting

A Zambian citizen jailed for setting alight council buildings during the 2011 London riots has won his battle to stay in the UK on the grounds he ‘would not be welcomed’ in his homeland.

Joseph Janbazian Zulu, 20, was sentenced to four and a half years for arson and violent conduct for his part in the riots.

He was to be sent to his homeland of Zambia but an immigration tribunal overturned the decision.

Conservative MP Philip Hollobone said he was disgusted by the decision.

He told the Sun on Sunday: ‘This is unacceptable. The human rights act needs to be replaced.

‘Any foreign national convicted of a crime should be deported and banned from ever returning.’

At the tribunal, he said he had never lived in Zambia and had no friends, relatives or contacts there. He added he would have no employment, accommodation and prospects and would be forced to live on the streets.

Janbazian, who now lives in Wolverhampton, said he would be unfamiliar with the culture in Zambia and would be at a ‘significant disadvantage’ because he was mixed race and did not have the ‘facial characteristics or skin colour’ of many Zambians.

In his witness statement he said: ‘I would have nowhere to live and would not be able to support myself.

‘I would be homeless and living on the streets. I feel that as a mixed race person, I would be subject to attack and fear for my personal safety.’

His mother, in her witness statement, added: ‘I do not have any family in Zambia. Joseph does not know anyone in Zambia; he would have nowhere to live and would end up on the streets.

‘He would have difficulty fitting in to any local community. He is of mixed race ethnicity. I do not have any home town I belong to in Zambia.’

This guy is not Zambian. He just has a zambian parent. It looks like he grew up in the UK. He has never lived here. If we are to believe his court testimony it was going to be very wrong to send him to Zambia. MP Phillip Hollobone is just showing how racist and xenophobic he is.

    Hello PF Supporters,

I am appealing to each and every Registered voter in PF to ensure that raise our temple.

HH knows this is his last attempt at the Presidency and he has offloaded his last coin and has hired all sorts of professionals to write about anything that improves his image. Unfortunately this is not working and he is becoming even more desperate.

You have seen all those dead politicians decimated by 2011 election of HE MCS come to life with all that they can give. While they have all seen that they cannot beat the PF, they are so bitter they are prepared to fight to the bitter end.

    Imaging the bitterness from the following people;

    1. HH
    2. VJ
    3. Marin Manawesu
    4. Kabinga Mpanga
    5. etc

    These are bitter persons.

Now comrades, what do we need to do? Be steadfast, composed and laugh at the desperate propaganda in the media. That propaganda should be seen as a reflection of our strength for you cannot try to kill a mosquito with a slage hummer.

Make sure you laugh at these people when they lie and become more desperate and begin to cry.

20th January, let has put HH in his coffin for ever. We are tired of this same name. We need other people from UPND. Unfortunately for them all of the others are too weak. They are hemophiliacs who could bleed to death once nicked by the real world of politics.
