Govt Approves K32Milion Budget For Chipolopolo AFCON Outing

GOVERNMENT has approved a K32 million budget for the Chipolopolo’s outing to Equatorial Guinea for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations finals.
Minister of Youth and Sport Chishimba Kambwili, who could not give the exact figure, said the budget submitted by the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) was in excess of K32 million.
Kambwili said it was Government’s responsibility to provide funding to the senior national team and other logistics needed to adequately prepare for the AfCON finals.
