Shikapwasha: HH Is Next President
UNITED Party for National Development (UPND) is likely to win the coming presidential election because he has emerged as the best candidate who has given hope to Zambians for a better future, Keembe MMD MP Ronnie Shikapwasha has said.
Lieutenant General Shikapwasha said MMD MPs had decided to support Mr Hichilema and work together with UPND so that the ruling Patriotic Front was defeated in the coming election.
General Shikapwasha was reacting to threats by MMD president Nevers Mumba who said he was going to expel MMD MPs who were supporting either UPND’s Mr Hichilema or Edgar Lungu of the PF
He said it was surprising that Dr Mumba, who had mooted the idea of supporting Mr Hichilema, was now threatening to expel party members that opted to support other presidential candidates.
“We have decided to support Mr Hichilema because he is the best candidate of the 11 presidential candidates and has the vision to turn the fortunes of the country. It is only through the alliance like ours that we can defeat the PF. In fact it was Dr Mumba who mooted the idea of forming an electoral alliance with the UPND and his threats to expel the MPs campaigning for Mr Hichilema are surprising. We need a good president and Mr Hichilema has proved to be that leader Zambia needs,” Gen Shikapwasha said.
Gen Shikapwasha said Dr Mumba should not blame the MMD MPs and some national executive committee members for supporting Mr Hichilema because time had come for Zambians to be liberated from the misrule of the PF.
He said Zambians should reject the lies and promises by the PF stating that the ruling party had caused a lot of damage to the social, political and economic performance of the country which he said was buoyant during the MMD rule.
“The PF has failed to govern the country as everything they have attempted to do hase been disastrous. The economy is in shambles and levels of hunger and poverty have continued to escalate. That is why we have to get rid of the PF,” Gen Shikapwasha said. And UPND losing candidate in the Mpongwe parliamentary by election Rabson Chilufya has said Mr Hichilema was the best candidate of all the presidential candidates because he had the ability to retrieve Zambia from the jaws of poverty and hunger.

NAKONDE ELECTION POLLING STAFFS PUT THE ACCOUNTANT TO TASK OVER K200 BEING PAID AS SITTING ALLOWANCE.
About 308 election staffs in Nakonde this afternoon took the ECZ Accountant to task over the K200 which each of the staff is being paid per day which they claim was not uniform across the country. The named polling Assistant asked the accountant to clarify whether the ECZ’s rates were varying from districts to districts as other polling assistants in other districts such as Mporokoso were receiving K250 as sitting allowance plus snacks while those from Nakonde District were just being paid K200 plus snacks. She claimed to have received the information on phone from her young sister who is also training as a Polling Assistant.
The seemingly confused accountant tried to explain to the polling staffs but failed to convince them over the variation in the rates and advised them to research widely or through emails. In confusion, the named accountant was forced to disclose that on the actual day, Polling Assistants will be paid K350 per day x 3 days = K1, 050.
But what annoyed the 308 Election Poling Staffs more, was the statement made by one of the named local ECZ official. The local official told the Polling Staffs that those that were not happy with K200 being paid by ECZ should come out in open and quit the exercise so that a quick replacement can be made.
This really annoyed the staffs especially teachers who demanded an apology from the officer claiming that his statement amounted to intimidation, but the officer in questions refused to be blackmailed to apologize saying his mind was up to date and maintained his earlier sentiment.
From the information collected by the Accurate Sources, about 1369 Nakonde residents applied to be Polling Staffs in the district, but only 308 were picked as ECZ drastically reduced the number.
Nakonde District Council is notoriously corrupt and known for nepotism and tribalism when it comes to issues to do with money. Currently nearly 90% of council workers at Nakonde Distict have been recruited as Polling Staffs leaving their offices closed for three days and 50% of those other non district council workers picked, are either children, friends, relatives, girlfriends or tribes mate to Nakonde Senoir Staff Workers. 60% of Nakonde District Council Workers are Tumbukas and one cannot be surprised to find majority of the recruited ECZ Poling Staffs coming from Muyombe, east of Muchinga Province.

It is over and campaigns should come to an end to serve the remaining resources for the PF as a Party and Edgar Lungu himself plus Rupiah Banda, HH is really the next president of Zambia and Edgar Chagwa Lungu should concede defeat.

No more jihard from Lungu supporters.
Surely, the PF should withdraw its Presidential Candidate Edgar Lungu to save some few remaining borrowed money from being completely swept.
Hakainde Hichilema will win the coming 20th January 2015, whatever Edgar Lungu and Rupiah Banda do.
HH is the next President of this beautfull country.

The General is right. Lungu knows he is loosing and wants to take the entire PF down with him. Thats why he has contaminated the PF with RB. He is operating on the “if I can’t have it the no-one can” principle.
