A Parallel Voter Tabulation (PVT) being done by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the European Union has shown that Patriotic Front Presidential Candidate is leading by a wide margin.
This contrary to the false claims by UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema and his online media claiming that he has won by 51% relying on the PVT from TIZ.
Edgar Lungu is leading in 7 provinces (Eastern, Central, Copperbelt, Lusaka, Northern, Lupaula and Muchinga) while Hichilema is leading in three provinces (Southern, Western and NorthWestern provinces):
Below is the official TIZ/NDI PVT results after 10:40hrs.
As at 10:40 TIZ PVT PF 272,490, UPND 146,064, NAREP 1,491 FDA 489 CDP 517, HERITAGE 867 FDD 2,982 FDA 489, GREEN 318, MMD 3,807 as at 10:50
Meanwhile Hichilema has proceeded to declare himself winner to create a post electoral conflict and portray that the election has been stolen from, a claim that shocked journalists present at Mulungushi.
Many stakeholders have encouraged TIZ to make public this information. The official results so far released have shown that Edgar Lungu is leading.
He also claims that voting has NOT taken place in 74 CONSTITUENCIES But ECZ informed Hichilema that it was not constituencies that were affected but 74 Polling Stations out of 6435 polling stations.

People like Mulenga are like homeless dogs, just like hh who thinks that by hiring those idiots like gbm and Felix would made him win, traveling round the country does not translate into winning, his messages were so empty and shallow. The birtch does not even know how government operates, well he stole enough money from privatization and should keep quiet

PF minus UPND = +137,000 in 36 constituencies. Things may change due to changing mix in party strongholds.

HH Nimbata saana, looking at the voting parten in Southern Province, it just shows how tribal the leadership of UPND is. If these UPND sympanthizers are saying Hanya Haakasushi is being voted in southern province on merit, ninshi nabo ninkumba saana. How possible is it that say out of 5000 voters Hanya Haakasushi gets 100%? Tongas are just so backward in their thinking. Ine njebele Ghaaad!!!!

The voting in southern province is worrisome . It clealy shows that southern province is a no go area for non tongas. The tonga I now believe are tribal.
Lession learnt no tonga should be voted by a non tonga. 2016 we are going that route. We have been taught how to vote.
Fellow non tonga let us rise in 2016 and teach the tongas to be objectives and that route they have taken I can assure them that no tonga will ever rule Zambia if they do not change their ways.
Its practical unreasonable that 100% of the tongas can vote for a tonga candidate unless they are voting on tribal lines.
2016 will be a different ball game. Zambia unite agsinst tongas.
My opinon if you are tonga do not comment because I will use unpatable luanguage against you and you will like it.
I am very upset

HH has not improved because he hired people from other parties leaving his own MPs to campaign for him to get the few volts he got, I can give an example of one who has failed to imp regnant his wife and hires a friend to do for him and just ending with a miscarriage and no child, is that an improvement! You must be sick in your head. Wake up man and look around,HH is a professional thief who has managed to contribute the suffering of miners.

am very shocked by these Bemba insults showered on Tongas and I say thanks to u tongas for not revenging God bless u and that is a sighn of maturity and wisdom coz wen 2 pipo ar at loggerheads de wise will be knwn by the way they respond. pliz bear in mind that pipo u ar insulting were created in the image of God and will God set u free for that watchout and repent these ar just politics but lets stick to our Christian values. the bible says b4 u remove a speck in yr br’s eye remove a log that is in yr eye- bembas ar also tribal look at sata’s cabinet who makes the majority – bembas, wen sata died wy was the infighting bembas wanted to take up th pf presidency alas EL dribbled them and most of the bemba ministers neva supported EL in his campen u can also tell by the n of bembas who contested pf convention about only 2 were non bembas-EL and G Lubinda. so pliz stop being trible it is scage that we need to fight together.

Its evidently enough to know the pattern of voting around zambia. The PF should educate their electorates to turn out in numbers the way the other 3 provinces did. However, its so sad that even where sata worked hard they reaped nothing. This is going into regional voting. In future each voting block will definitely be fighting for lusaka province and copperbelt to win the elections. But why cant electorates vote according to what they are seeing as a basis of their decision than using tribe?
In any case, where such high votes came from in ten years there was no such development.
lets learn to vote with our brains not with our hearts.
