1. The UPND tried to obtain an injunction against the release of the final results (Although the law only to contest the issue through an election petition)
2. UPND filed an injunction but it was not heard or granted.
3. The inordinate delay was also caused by the Commission that wanted to ensure that there was no justifiable legal incumberances that would prevent the release of results.
4. The injunction also couldn’t be heard because it required the full Supreme Court Bench
5. The Commission is investigating allegations of malpractice by some of its staff that were alleged attempting to tamper with results and processes in connection with outsiders connected to an opposition party.

Hired Flight HH2015 has clashed near state house in Lusaka Longacres area and its believed that all passengers are perished. The cause is suspected pilot error compounded with passenger premature excitement to disembark and excess weight by extra passenger GBM Kapompa Saladi who had forced his way into the plane with the pilot’s knowledge before take-off. Meanwhile rescue team is trying to recover the black box and voice recorder. The identities of the passengers will be published on ZWD. Team #EL who were also scheduled to use the same flight instead used the speed boat have arrived safely at state house & EL on behalf of the team has sent a message condolences to the affected kinfolks. And the owners of flight, the Oppenheimer Fimo-Fimo have called on the aviation authorities to investigate the mishap. See picture below HH2015 aeronautical president in grief & anguish.

The Biggest lesson learnt from the just ended elections is HAKUNA KULALA! ECL, plz hit the ground running! Party Readjustment and healing. Projects completion and membership growth. We need a resssounding victory and hush up critics by performing.
The other lesson is that riches and pomposity can never earn you the presidency.
Last and least is that it has given us a chance for Zambians and the world to see the UNDEMOCRATIC tendencies of UPND since the death of Mazoka, they NEVER go for conventions because ‘ONLY-A-HAKAINDE-CAN-BE-PRESIDENT’

UPND has won the just ended election!!This is so bcoz it has garnered and made strong inroads in those areas deemed to be PF strong holds while PF has drastically reduced,eg Kafue,Choongwe,Mufumbwe,Nalolo,Sinda,Runfunsa,Mpongwe and many other areas!!!!! Let’s respect the will of 27000 pipo who want kolopa dot com to rule them. Me and my family are safe in the diasapora where our electoral system is not rotten like yours in Zambia!!!!

Voter apathy should be seriously addressed if we have to avoid the syndrome of “arm chair politics”. Most of the bloggers and confidently confirm that they never voted and yet remain the harshest critics of the electoral outcome. Shoudnt we consider making voting compulsory to the extent of adding a blank space on the vote for those who choose to vote for neither of the candidates? Just thinking.

UPND have to go for a convention. NorthWestern and Western have been ardent supporters of UPND. I suggest UPND goes to the convention NEXT WEEK!! HH has failed the party for 12years since he dumped the Only-A-Tonga rubbish. Let them have Kakoma or any Westerner for President. Sell that person over the next 18 months. UPND will have a fighting chance.
HH’s pomposity is hated across the face of Zambia. That is why he needed to buy the Mutatis of this world.
What we are havung in Zambia is not a tribal division. It is a division of principles. We now have UPND and PF blocks just as USA have Republican/Democrat (Red/Blue) blocks.

For twelve years, the UPND has been having a downward spiral ever since the Only-A-Tonga rubbish was dumped upon the party and ushered in the HH rule. Even if South, West & North West sucededed from ZM, it would only take a term before West or NorthWest sucededed because they’d also wish to be presidents. So the issue at hand would be to get rid of the 12year failure, HH. Let us have Kakoma and any other wise, humble and salable Westerner to lead UPND. So, UPND go for convention Next Week!!
