If PF needs to form the gvt even beyond 2016, EL should maintain most of the previous ministerial positions not to make unnecessary changes. And most of all veep (Guy Scott) must be NOT touched, despite the previous in-fights which almost cost them.

President Edgar Lungu, we were happy with your acceptance speech. It must be your guide in the next 18 months.

    1. Inonge Wina, unless she declines, she earned her VP at Mulungushi Rock of Authority any many meetings she chaired leading to your adoption.
2.Mr. Rupia Banda influence. Must not show up in government at any level.
    3. Daniel Monkombwe way of politics must be stopped. He should have resigned his position both in party & government before endorsing opposition. There is no law that stops members from resigning and cross over
But Munkombwe things he owns every government.
    4. North Western four main roads; through Chingola, Kalengwa, Kaoma and Kasempa Mumbwa must be worked on as a matter of priority. Kalengwa is half way worked on, up to Lufwanyama.

Completing this will be quicker and easy pressure on Chingola Solwezi.

    5. Chief Chitimukulu must be recognised this week.

    6. We need farmers and agriculture policy review now for next marketing season and beyond.

Would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you, madam Inonge Wina and whole PF team for fighting spirit that has made you Zambian 6th President.

God bless our great nation, Zambia

He should maintain my best Ministers. Dr John Phiri for Education and Dr Joseph Kasonde Minster of Health and his Deputy. To me the two Minister understand their work very well.Given Lubinda Information and broadcasting and deputized by E. Mwamba

SCOT IS A THREAT TO PF. THE OFFICER IS EMOTIONAL AND HE WAS PURELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DIVISIONS IN THE RULING PART. HE HAD THE POWERS TO HAD THE POWERS TO RECONCILE THE FRACTIONS AND MAKE PEACE BUT HE ALLOWED THE FRACAS TO CONTINUE. IT ONLY TOOK THE COURT TO ASSURE LUNGU OF HIS CANDIDATURE. YES HE MONITORED PROJECTS FOR SATA AND HAD TO SHOW CASE THE GOOD WORKS OF THE PF, BUT THAT WAS JUST POLITICIZING. HE IS JUST A POLITICIAN AND NOT LEADER. SCOTT WHO EVEN WENT TO THE EXTENT OF TELLING ECZ THAT PF WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE ELECTION BECAUSE THERE IS NO CANDIDATE. NO. SCOT WENT TO THE EXTREMES. HE IS NOT A ALL WEATHER FRIEND TO PF.
