Rainbow promises to change voting pattern in Southern Province

SOUTHERN Province Rainbow chairperson Leonard Siamalonga Siachona says his party is set to change the pattern of voting in the province.
And Siachona has advised members of the newly created Rainbow district executive committee in the province not to be complacent. “Our aim is to scoop some parliamentary and local government seats in the province. We know it is not going to be easy but we are determined, and the most important task will be to change the pattern of voting in Southern Province and also to get votes into the presidential basket,” he said.

Siachona said the party would insist on quality leadership at all levels unlike what was happening in the PF and the UPND. “There is no idling in the Rainbow and I told the newly created executive committee not to lazy around but to vigorously go out on a massive membership recruitment drive, we need more people,” he said. Siachona said the current local government administration in Southern Province was in a bad state as there was no one keeping the councils on their toes in terms of service delivery.

“The current scenario is bad because of the dominance of the UPND in all the councils and we wonder what type of debates go on because they all sing one song, there is no one offering checks and balances,” he said. “Here in Choma the state of the town is pathetic because there is litter everywhere you go and the roads are in a bad state because there is no [one] pushing the council.”

Siachona said Rainbow would dialogue with vendors in finding alternative trading areas instead of using police to harass them as was being done in Livingstone.
“We need to dialogue with the vendors and we need to offer an alternative to the current trading places which have no sanitary facilities. We in the Rainbow shall engage them so that they can understand the implications of breaking the law and also on the need to keep our towns very clean, the answer is not harassing them but dialogue,” Siachona said.

      You fool,

HH is the next Republican President of our Great Zambia.

All people of Southern Province hold their alliagance to HH and not to UPND as a party. This is in sharp contrst to PF Members who hold their aliagence to PF as a Party and not to the Kachasu Chibuku Man.

Rain ball Party will only gain influence in Lusaka and Copperbelt Province and UPND will remain a party of national unity.

It’s true. This illusion that HH will win the 2016 polls is just a mirage. Now Kabimba also as a Bantu Botatwe Partner will fish from the same Tonga waters. And that spells doom for HH and his Tribal Tonga Party.Surely why can’t another man take over from this Tonga Fever Party?

Why should Rainbow target Southern whose votting pattern only changed recently, leaving Northern, Luapula, and now Muchinga Provinces have only voted for parties endorsed by their own natives since before and after independence?

Rainbow should start with Muchinga, Northern, and Luapula Provinces, certainly not with the infant Southern Province!

no they need to break the SP voting pattern from UPND link. The other provinces are easy because pipo there do not suffer from inferiority complex. This simply means PF will go through again while Rainbow will steal some seats from UPND. Next round Rainbow can concentrate in other provinces and get some MPs. I can bet my house on this HH Hakalusa Hagain

ZWD is the architect of Tribalism in Zambia. Before these Devil worshipper came on the scene in desperation of putting HH into power,We Zambians were bound together with love embracing our National Motto of One Zambia One Nation until this Devil Dogs Worshippers of Satan came to plant the evil seed of hatred amongst peace loving Zambians.Zambians never knew or bothered about what Tribe one came from it never clicked there minds henceforth a lot of intermarriages to date, till selfish Devils came with a Tribal message.ZWD in fact you have been a liability to HH yourselves HH could have been President but Bcoz of your tribal sermon everyday. You will rot and burn in Hell in Yeshua’s Name.
