PF Ready For Chawama Poll
PATRIOTIC Front (PF) secretary-general Davies Chama has said the ruling party is confident of retaining the Chawama parliamentary seat.
The Chawama parliamentary seat fell vacant after the incumbent member of Parliament (MP) Edgar Lungu was elected President in the January 20, 2015 poll.
Mr Chama said in an interview yesterday that the party is inviting members wishing to be considered for adoption to apply.
“We are very humbled with the support we have been receiving from the people and we would like to assure that we will deliver to people’s expectations,” Mr Chama said.
He said the PF is committed to uniting the country.
MMD spokesperson Raphael Nakachinda said the party is ready to contest the Chawama parliamentary seat.
Mr Nakachinda said the MMD intends to contest all future elections.
“If it happens to the contrary, we will inform the country,” he said.
And MMD Chawama youth chairperson Francis Chibwe said in a walk in interview that the constituency executive committee has identified MacDanny Phiri as the suitable candidate to contest the seat on the party ticket.
“We want Mr Phiri to stand on our ticket and the PF must support us with our choice of candidate,” he said.
NAREP president Elias Chipimo said the party is still consulting on whether to contest the seat or not.
Efforts to get a comment from the UPND proved futile as the party spokesperson Charles Kakoma and his deputy Cornelius Mweetwa were unreachable by press time.

You are a genius but adjust your suggestion, HH needs to start as Branch Chairman, then Ward Councillor before trying his luck at being an MP. He is an under 5 politician who became a billionaire by stealing privatization funds under the Kaponya, Chiluba’s rule. Ba Moonde, please wake up, a SATANIST needs no chance. If you do not value your blood and life, we do. For a very long time Hakainde Hichilema never used to smile (have you ever seen a snake smile?), until Edith Nawakwi exposed him that HH was not brought up properly, hence HH does not smile. HH is a very bad leader, at his farms as well as other companies, his workers are always crying about poor conditions and late payments of their wages.

Yebo Chanda, this Unye Pantu Diarrhoea Naiisa (UPND) will never have such wisdom of humbling themselves and respecting others. For Garry Nkombo to say Zambia is full of idiots speaks volumes about UPND’s lack of leadership qualities. They always use emotions where they are supposed to use reasoning. Their brains are blocked by hate, tribalism and Satanism. You saw that while there were good votes for HH from the Eastern, Luapula and Northern Provinces, there was NOTHING from the Tongas for Lungu. Levy Mwanawasa was right when he said some political parties will always be behind like buttocks! For HH not to have condemned those Munkombwe and others who were saying it was now time for Tongas means he is not fit to rule Zambia. Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe uttered similar sentiments that he did not want his Bemba people to suffer, and he died without becoming President of this country. Can you honestly say HH is better than Kapwepwe? Tribalism is a cnacer that can lead Zambia to genocide so NO TRIBALIST SHOULD BE VOTED INTO STATE HOUSE, WE DO NOT WANT CIVIL WAR.

HH must for once get the advice and compete for the position of a Branch Chairman, then Ward Councillor. The great Ken Ngondo did it by scaling down his ambitions. Without his tribalism and satanism, he could have become this President long time ago.

Hakainde Hichilema, or Hakaivotela Heeka (HH) is the best IDIOT in politics. Surely, he stood a chance for 2016 had he not stood in the 2015 elections. How on earth did he fail to see that there was no way he could have won the funeral elections? Why didn’t he make political capital by even pretending to be kind to the PF and declare that PF finishes its Sata’s term? Now the idiot has complicated his 2016 chances because his participation in the 2015 elections only served as advice to the Patriotic Front. He is an idiot who will be taught the worst lesson next year, because PF was at its weakest this time around. Edgar has already proved to be a leadership genius and if he braves it to bring on board competent new people with total dedication to deliver, PF will be untouchable and HH will always remain a political Scallywag or nincompoop or confident idiot, always hoping to win but always losing to different opponents. The best thing UPND should do is to declare interest in the chawama by election as they recover from the loss where they were over confident of winning the elections. Let Halelusa Hakabili be adopted for any ward by election just to try his luck or else he will never win an election. After loosing 4 times he shud have retired as the worst looser and join the queue for retirement benefits

A vote for the opposition and a vote NOT cast SPEAKS AGAINST the sitting Govt. So we shall be interested to know how many wont vote and how many will vote for the opposition – their percentage will tell us whether EL is a popular president or NOT. Time to judge is at hand. We are waiting to see the popularity of EL in Chawama and it should be 95% of the registered voters NOT of the votes cast. Tell us if more than 5% have died in Chawana or shifted to other locations in the past two years!

Let HH stand for Chawama constituency as M.P so that he can at least have ka CV of member of parliament in his profile then we may consider him for presidency in 2021 not this time around. Otherwise Hakaivotela Heka.
