Lubinda, Vincent Mwale, Kaingu Appointed Cabinet Ministers
President Edgar Lungu has unveiled his cabinet minister with Given Lubinda, MMD duo Mike Kaingu and Vincent Mwale earning full ministerial appointments.
President Lungu has appointed Lubinda as Minister of Agriculture while Kaingu is the new Mi nister of Education with the youthful Mwale taking over as Sports minister.
Outspoken parliamentarian Chishimba Kambwili is the new information minister while Christopher Yaluma has retained his position as Minister of Mines and Energy. President Lungu will remain defence minister until further notice.
President Lungu has also appointed John Phiri as Minister of Local Government and Housing with Fackson Shamenda retaining the position of Labour Minister.
Lungu had earlier only made minor appointments that only had the Vice President Inonge Wina, Home Affairs Davies Mwila, Finance (Alexander Chikwanda), Chiefs and Traditional Affairs (Joseph Katema), Foreign Affairs (Harry Kalaba) , Health (Joseph Kasonde), Justice (Ngosa Simbyakula) and Tourism (Jean Kapata).
Zambezi West MP Christabel Ngimbu is the new minister of Lands.

Thanks Mr. dear President for the appointment of Given Lubinda
I want to state that I welcome the appointment of Given Lubinda 100%. This is because the man is one of the founder members of the Patriotic Front; the party I cherished so much during HE Micheal C Sata (MHSRIP). I was one of the thousands of people that ushered the late president into the office.
Despite the appointment of Given Lubinda getting well with me, I should state that the apponitment of Chimba Kambwili the Frog and Micheal Kaiingu the poligamist is a complete miss and lacks logical culculation on the part of our president. Alot of people have been left wondering wether the president was extremely drunk with kataka/kachasu when making these two appointments or not.Surely wre on earth can the likes of Kambwili be the Minister of Information and Micheal Kaingu be the Minister of Education?
Please Zambians, lets be serious the appointment of Kambwili and Kaingu is a direct insult to the professional found in those ministries as well as to the people that voted for Edgar Lungu.
Awe ba President; apapena namufaula saana fye. It seems the thousands bottles of Kachasu that you took in Mfuwe have really reduced your analytical capacity. On these two appointment Mr. President I suggest that you visit a psychiatric; something is seriously wrong with you.

A government run by a bunch of twats, appointed by a clueless hangovered leader who lacks any vision or plan. How can zambians accept to be led by a guy who has no plan whatsoever. Leads me to conclude that majority of zambians who were eligible voters are very dull and have never seen the inside of a four walled classroom let alone a black board. John Phiri should be taken back to education,he worked so hard.He made meaningful and positive changes. Kambwili should have been local government to awake the people in councils.Thank you for the coming back of Lubinda is a wise man.The other concern is the inclusion of opposition in the cabinet,even if these people the take oath they do leak information.

Bloggers, kindly tell me who sponsored HH and his useless UPND in the last elections? The chaps spent a lot of money to campaign. it is being alleged that they even bought off voters cards from PF strongholds to encourage apathy in those areas.
2016 we should all wake up and encourage our relatives to turnout in numbers and vote to blow away HH and his stubbon party for good.
