Govt Borrowing Will Lead Us Into Heavy Debt

Dear Editor,
I think the kind of generosity exhibited by our Government in borrowing huge sums of money for itself and on behalf of Zimbabwe is far much bigger than even some of the spiritual creatures in heaven. I don’t understand how suddenly we have started sharing the problems with Zimbabwe which Mugabe himself inflicted upon his country. The extensive borrowing by our Government may look simple but it will go from generation to generation when the instigators themselves will be six feet underground with nothing to worry about. If this situation is left unchecked, posterity will judge us harshly.

Borrowing for infrastructure development is not bad in itself cause it benefits the future generation as oppossed to borrowing for consumption,it only benefits the current generation e.g borrowing so that govnt can provide subsidies for fuel or fertiliser for farmers.

The PF lack a vision and this was stated very loudly and clear by their president. Now, if you lack vision where economic management is involved then it is easy to do as you please and change course willy nilly. The chaps rule on the basis of “let us benefit now as we might be out of government next year”. This is what happens when a party of clueless, poor uneducated chaps get power accidentally as happened in 2011. Please vote UPND so that we can reverse all these foolish decisions

2015 the same register that included a majority of illiterates was used. Hence you do not expect much of a change in thought. However, we in the UPND are glad that we have closed the gap in terms of an increase in those that have opened their heads and changed their mindset. By 2016 we hope the literates will be in majority in comparison with the illiterates. It is possible. AN education revolution is all we need.

Haha tutu are you a comedian by any chance? Did you ever play at the lusaka play house? Because you are one hell of a funny retarded prick. Is criticising the PF being tribal? Since when did PF become a tribe? It is you who is tribal because you seem to associate PF with your language. I have never and will never criticise anyone based on tribe. Please if you cannot read simple english just come out in the open. After all, just as you said, this is not our language from birth. silly PF cadre.

But throwing money at something for so many years without any tangible developments on it, is a pure sign of being stupid. Do you know how many billions have been thrown at that so called constitution? When we borrow money in our personal capacity we pay it back in our personal capacity. When GRZ borrows money, it is you and I that pays it back via higher taxation. That is if your behind even pays tax. silly boys

I wish he was paying me. However, the UPND policies and manifesto are so appealing and beneficial to Zambia that I can proudly support them without any inducement in terms of payment. That is what great policies can do. Am sure you in the PF are used to being bought and paid to support weak and visionless people. wafya ba pF
