Man Flees After Defiling Daughter
A 39-YEAR-OLD man of Mpatamatu township in Luanshya is on the run after allegedly defiling his eight-year-old daughter.
Copperbelt commissioner of police Joyce Kasosa said this happened on Wednesday between 20:00 hours and midnight at the suspect’s residence.
The suspect is of Chandakaka farms in Mpatamatu and the matter was reported to police by the victim’s grandfather aged 70.
And police in Luanshya have arrested four people, among them three juveniles, in connection with the alleged murder of a 73-year-old man of Kafubu farm block.
Safe Mwenya of Dappi farm was killed last weekend on suspicion of being a wizard.

This is not surprising coming from a PF stronghold where the local leadership has terribly failed to instill any values and discipline even in the elderly. If it is not adultery, then it is defilement or murder. It just goes to show that the PF have failed to ensure security in local areas. Look mate, nothing personal here. Just like any Zambian I have the right to give my views and constructively criticise any government. Even when UPND wins elections and forms government i will criticize them should they back track. Majority of zambians are like you. Very docile and believe just because you voted your preferred party that you are barred from being critical. As I have said if PF cannot handle the criticism and cannot give us answers then pack up and call elections. We want leaderhsip that is accountable. silly PF

The article above is about a girl of 8 years being defiled and all we can read here are political debacle and sentiments. Our moral conscious should be injured by the fact that this child has been robbed of a normal life. She will but only grow to be a shadow of herself unless a lot of work is put into counselling her and obtain closure for her by having the perpetrator father jailed.
The government under the ministry of community and child must set up a fund for victims of defilement to allow these children go through Psycho-socio counselling. The fund should be used to establish the department of psycho-socio counselling in every clinic to allow these children access mental health care. I am totally flabergasted by the amount of testestrone flying around this blog.

However, in your final half you stated what the government needs to do via the ministry of community and child. Now if you have dunderheads in power and ministers who are clueless as to how to deal with social issues of this nature what do you expect to happen? and again we heard about the vote apathy…people didnt vote…they didn’t vote.just a few bothered…anyway we heard how eastern and part northern voted percentages like 12% or 34%…people did not vote some of the reasons were the Pf party was fighting within itself and Hh kept showing farmers on TV…so people lost hope in Pf but were not willing to bet on Hh so they stayed home..not all stayed home..the southerners were busy…they all went…I mean all.they had like 98%percent..let’s now imagine that those are people..so 98 went to vote and what of the 2 that make 100..well one died and the other relocated so all tongas voted and failed.2016 is interesting because people will be able to see what Pf is capable of and not forgetting the new voters to join us
