Multichoice charges the following monthly subscriptions to South Africans:-
a) Premium R665.00 or K399.00
b) Compact Plus R399.00 or K239.00
c) Compact R295.00 or K177.00
Why should Zambians pay:-
a) Premium K710 or R1,184.00 as against R665 in SA?
b) Compact Plus K495.00 or R725.00 against R399 ”
c) Compact K216 or R360 as against R295 in SA?
Can Multichoice explain how they fix their subscriptions to the extent that Zambians should pay almost double what South Afrians are paying.

That’s what I do. Every time a pass theough South Africa or Botswana, I pay a whole years subscription. Thus, these long fanged middlemen called Multi-choice ain’t a factor to me. But, they need to justify their hike and greed. Too exorbitant.

Multi-Choice is a bunch of crooks and so are all RSA companies operating in Zambia.
Recently i took my family to RSA in the so called Cape Town which is controlled by Democratic Alliance (led by Helen Zille)and i was surprised to find that all the Chain shops operating in Zambia charge us double. yet these guys are wiring dollars to RSA every night through Stanbic.
A satellite is a satellite and the boers and kaffirs are watching the same content as us foolish Zambians and yet them are paying half the amount we pay here.
Spares ribs in RSA cost as little as R 120 and here in Zambia the same grams cost K120 which translates to R240.
Ba government help us correct this insanity.

Use your satellite dish and go online to look at some receivers being offered out there. You nee someone who can search for a signal ( make sure the are compatible ). Am in South east Asia and I used a Pas 7 dish ( Like a DSTV dish ) and I watched some ACON games. through a channel for free. But you need the right receiver and correct direction

I am going to subscribe tommorow, but let this be made known to multichoice,am paying 4 the last time u thieves.U steal in every area even just calling your customer care,u only answer after consuming almost a k30.I will go goTV,if it becomes expensive I’ll go free to air. After all theret is more to do in life than just wasting time watching TV.
TV has become a hindrance to progress.People spend more hours watching tv than working/studying.
Its demonic, some prefer tv than attending church service. It corrupts moral due to sexual nature of what is shown on it.Mwatampa ukwangala fi DSTV.

Multi Choice has gone to the dogs. It’s so sad that Zambians should be the ones to enrich other countries even after we had put in so much for there liberations in there countries.
You saying we continue paying they have employed our people? Go and interview the members of staff it’s a bad state of affairs, it’s just a few top management guys having a great time there.
People of Zambia for once let’s boycott this should not be ground for foreigners to make wealth and walk away just like that. No one can provide this service here in Zambia at a reasonable rate so that even my granny in Nakonde can be able to pay and watch?

There is too much abuse of clients in the mobile fon industry and Dstv,We need some form of regulation though we are in a liberalised economy. The problem with us zambians is that we are very individualistic when it comes to such issues, can we pliz avoid paying for the subscription this month (protest).Lets not be abused. This facility is much much cheaper in south africa and other neibouring countries, what is the justification for pipo to pay K330 from K200,RUBBISH
