Nalumango:Kambwili Is A Desperate, Shallow Man
UPND national chairperson Mutale Nalumango has described Chishimba Kambwili as a desperate, shallow-minded man who does not deserve anyone’s attention.
Kambwili on Tuesday referred to Nalumango as “an ugly woman” whose heart was “as horrible as her appearance”, after she commented on President Lungu’s health. But Nalumango yesterday said Kambwili was duller than she had ever imagined. “Really, what does beauty have to do with the points I raised? Do you see how derailed the government is? Because if you listen and hear the minister [Kambwili], he thinks I am in a beauty contest with him,” she said.
“Kambwili is a person of very low calibre and even arguing with him would make me get to his level. I mean, he is so dull that even to insult me, he had to read on a piece of paper, ‘Nalumango is so ugly bwata bwata…,’ come on!” She said Kambwili was a man of very shallow intellect, a scatterbrain who could not comprehend issues. “However, I am not shocked because this is Kambwili’s nature, he is a scatterbrain. He forgets that just a few months ago, he was the one attacking Lungu. I understand he is probably trying to make himself useful, he is threatened so much and feels he has to defend his seat; he has so desperately clung to Lungu’s feet,” Nalumango said. “He thought he could divert the nation from the real issue and bring it to Nalumango’s beauty.
Even with his comments, I am not shaken because I know I am beautiful. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” She challenged Kambwili to respond to the issues that she raised. “Let them give us answers. Let him, for once, think and act as an intellectual. We will continue talking,” Nalumango said. She said it was not her who had called Lungu sick but that the President said it himself on ZNBC’s Sunday Interview on September 7 last year. “The issue of my beauty or ugliness is not a political issue. My point is very clear; why did he accept to be President when he knew that his health could not allow him? They provoked our hearts by trying to quickly get that so-called ‘clean bill of health’. So we are now wondering what they are hiding. Nobody is saying others are immortal.
We are talking about the health of the President. We know he is a human being, but he is in State House, our house and thus his well-being affects us,” said Nalumango.

madam nalumango,you should just accept the fact that you are as ugly as maybe more than a chimpanzi,whenever see your face on tv i feel like vomiting,one moment i almost broke my tv when you appeared thinking my tv has turned into a monister,thank God i realized so fast it looked like a human being

I cannot blame Kambwili because he is not like GBM. Kambwilis life revolves around government contracts and favours.Therefore he would do anything to remain in government.

Please nalumango tell us something we do not know. Next time join and vote the UPND. Am sure we are all fed up with these clueless visionless PF chaps who have caused economic misfortunes to this country

kiki for your information zambia has a constitution where we are equal. Your scripture is just that, a scripture for your personal beliefs which you can keep in your bedroom. Do not force your religious views on others. We have different religions in Zambia mate. If you think it is right for kambwili to call some one ugly because your bible says so then please realise that your bible is not the constitution. Let us move away from silly reasoning such as this one. Nalumgango is a politician who has the right to give her views. Is that not what your president wanted by being transparent with his health? If really he is healthy i doubt what people are saying would get to him.Good luck in 2016

I am shocked that Kambwili can even talk about the beuaty of a human being. He looks like a gorilla in those bushes of Congo. Such a person must not even try to go to Congo bushes. Because the Congolese can slaughter him and eat him. Maybe his victims like Nalumango would then be sparedtime to concentrate on important issues.

You have all missed the point. That is why Bemba idioms te yanobe. What Kambwili said is a Bemba saying which simply tries to explain that some people may be ugly but their hearts are not as ugly as they are and also some people are as ugly at their hearts as their faces….. You can not tell the heart of a person by simply looking at their faces…. but some you can. It is a bemba thing bane, unfortunately or coincidentally, Madam Nalumago is not so beautiful (facially) and hence the saying is taken literally.

A PF cadre telling his leader (kambwili) that he needs to get his priority right. The PF cadres are useless. Now imagine a cadre giving the leader advise, this just shows how useless and visionless the leadership is. Surely kambwili should by now know what the priority is. He is in charge of agenda setting. Let him set the economic agenda and get everyone talking about that. son of gun you will keep advising these guys to do the right thing but for how long can you do this? They say doing the same thing many times and expecting change is stupidity. You know what to do now. Join the UPND

Your shallowness is reaching to the heavens now. Do you even have wisdom? Yes, true leadership in NORMAL groupings allows advice to flow both ways. Actually, cadres are best placed to advise top leadership coz they feel what goes on at grassroots. No wonder UPND does not grow. People join in at the top (eg Nalumango from MMD to UPND chair: Banda from nowhere to VP: Tekere from slicing backsides in MMD to Presidential adviser) About stupidity, you are right. UPND is the party that has stuck to the same losing Lunatic & expecting change.
