‘Mugabe About To Die’
A MAN from Zimunya in Manicaland who allegedly disrupted a Zanu-PF meeting and publicly told the gathering that President Robert Mugabe was about to die was dragged before Mutare magistrates courts on Monday.
Samson Jackson, 35, appeared before Mutare magistrate Sekai Chiwundura facing charges of contravening section 44 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act Chapter 9:23:Disrupting a public gathering.
Jackson denied the charges and was remanded to April 2 on a $30 bail.
Prosecutor Donald Mudadirwa told the court that last week, Jackson went to site in Zimunya where Zanu PF supporters were holding a meeting and started insulting the gathering.
The court was told that he started shouting that, “Zanu-PF is a rotten party please leave it; why do you waste your time. Mugabe is about to die so why do waste your time following his party?”
Terrence Zimunya, a Zanu-PF security official, reportedly approached Jackson and asked him to leave but he continued with his insults.
This incensed party members who called the police leading to Jackson’s arrest.

kikiki. I doubt mugabe’s death will have any impact on that country. if anything it might lead to a new start with a fresh pair of eyes. It is only natural that humans outlive their usefullness with age. It is time for that old chap to give a chance to younger more vibrant leaders. This just so happens to be Lungu’s ally kiki. What surely can we learn from mugabe who has taken zimbabwe on a path of economic decline due to greed? the lancaster agreement indeed should have been enforced however the method used to enforce by mugabe had ” political interest” written all over it. If you want zambia to be the next zimbabwe then vote PF in 2016. choice is yours

Indeed when we the UPND form government we will ensure universal education is given priority including for mature illiterates like you by setting up universal night school centres
