Janza Says Its Not Fair to Discuss My Issue At AGM

By Oliver Chisenga
National soccer team coach Honour Janza says it was unfair for FAZ president Kalusha Bwalya to take his contract issue to the public without informing him of the decision.
Janza was talking to the media after his Chipolopolo Boys beat Rwanda 2-0 at Heroes Stadium this afternoon.
He said if FAZ wanted him to go, it would have been better if he was told.
Janza who qualified Zambia to the 2015 edition of the African Cup of nations, said it was sad that the soccer governing body chose to make a decision and anounced it to the AGM without consideration.
“If they want me to go I can go even now. Its not easy to work like this, it’s not easy to win a game like this; discussing my issue at the AGM is not fair,” said Janza as he fought back tears.
“Its management to discuss it not to the media, I am not happy. Discussing my issue at the AGM, especially before a match; it hasn’t been easy for me.”

No management and leadership skills by Kalusha. He would have informed Janza instead of just announcing it like that at AGM. This is not how you do things even if you do not like somebody. No wonder Kalusha must pack his backs and go next year together with PF.

@Mapatizya must be informed that the PF manifesto does not mention winning football matches as a campaign platform. Neigther does the upnd manifesto. In any case, the factor of correlation between winning footbaLl matches and good political governance is zero! Please let us be objective in making comments on sensitive issues.

Kalusha bwalya is an !diot. The guy is just not serious. He is running FAZ like HH is running UPND. He really needs to seriously sit down and carry out a full post-mortem as to why football standards are falling. Same naba UPND. Blali bobbin. Sha…
