This is so sad.But in as much as we condemn these barbaric acts of ruthlessness, we should bear in mind what is causing all this. Also we should hear the side of the story of these South Africans:
1.DO NOT REMOVE THE ANCIENT BORDER LINE
The Bible teaches as this. This also teaches us we should love, value and protect our roots: Our country inclusive. This is a message of patriotism. Why leave you country to go somewhere else becauise of poverty. Who will improve living standards in your country if you run away from it.
2. THE MFECANE
I am a Ngoni on my mother side. Who knows I should have been born in South Africa had it not been for Shaka Zulu’s Mfecane and subsequent wars.So the MFECANE has revolved into XENOPHOBIA.This issue has deep roots.South Africans have never been friendly even among themselves:who are foreigners to be spared? Mfecane involved ethnic tribes fighting each other over land:the story under Xenophobia is also over occupation (businesses, jobs and residencial areas).
I am not saying people should not go and leave in another country: we should not run away from poverty at home;there must be valid reasons to go and leave in a foreign land

If you can go all way to south Africa and open shop this just shows that the issue is not lack of entrepreneurship among zambians as one foolish cadre stella sata put it. It simply shows that incompetent pf government does not provide the support needed whereas south Africa does. Look now pf are u happy your people living in fear due to your poor economic management?

have you seen any Zambian being interviewed in these clips? no Zambian I know has a shop in south Africa. Zambians go for formal employment in south Africa. that is one of the reasons they are not among the people being burnt. stella’s remarks stand valid. we know your president is an entrepreneur big time thanx to the foolish trust of Fredrick chiluba who empowered him from chilenje. we also know he spends most of his life in south Africa. his wife right now is in south Africa. they have residences there.

Very dull boy. Now you know what everyone is doin in South Africa and yet the other day you castigated me for pointing out that the high commissioner was lazy for not having records of zambians settled there. Do you see how foolish you sound? So you herve you have magical powers to know what every zambian in South Africa is doing? Ndiwe chipuba Chikulu.

Shame upon South Africans who think ignorance will bring them their needs. It is only hard work that rewards. Instead of attacking innocent fellow black people, they should turn their anger to their real enemy who made them what they are today. The White Boers who shackled their lives for many years.

@nez, for sure ndiwe chipuba, in everything why involve PF? Even HH regrets having riff-raffs like. You are a pain in the ass.

April 18, 2015 at 7:15 pm
kiki please do not speak on HH’s behalf. I am an official representative of the UPND and have direct interaction with the top of the party unlike you. If they should feel that I am becoming a liability to the party then I expect them to take action and not you an opposition rif raff who has ill intentions towards our well organised party. Please keep yourself busy with the stupidity that is pertaining in PF. The economy is a joke now. People being killed abroad because they have failed to manage on their own soils and you come here saying nyo nyo. Grow up and face reality silly boy

You see despite the fact that these criminals can be identified by these photos. the police will never arrest them. The people who killed foreigners in 2008 have NEVER been arrested but the police know them. This is what African governments should be protesting. Lack of action by police. It just means government (police) is in cahoots with the xenophobes
