ALERT! Zambian Criminals Find New Ways Of Implicating Innocent Ones Through Used Scratch Cards

Scratch cardsThis is to inform you that there is a new technique being used by armed robbers and car hijackers to escape from arrest.
Kopalatimes.com was just alerted by a friend that robbers are now collecting used recharge cards, and once they abandon the hijacked cars or where they dump the dead bodies, they leave the already used cards at the scene or near the victims. When the police arrive, they are using the scratch card’s serial number to track on which phone number it was loaded; and they start tracking the owner of the phone number. Already, two people who fell victim of the trick are in court.
To be on the safe side, once you load airtime, make sure you destroy the card before you dispose it to avoid access of these undesirable elements. Kindly circulate for the safety of your loved ones. Be cautious

Thanks Alot, This Is Very Important To Everyone. To The Police, These Robbers Are UPND. They Have Been Sent To Make Money For 2016 General Elections. They Have Been Told To Kill If They Have To, But Not To Be Caught. NEZ Knows About This, You Can Even See That He Is Trying To Cover The Issue By Bringing In The Pf And RB. NEZ Tell Us The All Truth.

Stupidly it is not the police informing us on these developments because they lack the capacity to act. Thanks to the hopeless pf government. However, when it comes to sorting out the opposition and acting on impulse under presidential direction they act very swiftly. Zambia police is not here to serve you it is Lungus personal army. Vote UPND in 2016. we are tired. twalema,

The story sounds stupid. The police can’t fall for such nonsensical leads

  13. mpumba   April 22, 2015 at 4:27 am

@percy you are very right its a very stupid story and dull ones are even saying thanks for the alert! Shallow thinking! Because when you recharge and use the phone, such a pace can be traced by a closest tower and how does a randomly picked card coincidentally tie up with the dates and place where the crime was commited.think menyou won’t sink alah!
But again with our police calibre, they can follow such leads

  14. Kwati like so   April 22, 2015 at 7:10 am

Yes its a stupid report. Thanks for Percyz way of reasoning. Pipo r even saying tanx. Hahahahahaha

Thats just lame! How can a used sctatch card be used to tie someone to a crime? Just throw them in trash cans to keep the country clean but not to escape from being caught in criminal activities.

Can somebody plz block this fool that wrongly calls himself New Educated Zambian. His comments are so vile and rotten they make me want to vomit!

Only dull upnd cadres will fall for this,if a criminal uses a card I used when I ws in kitwe a month ago,hw does that connect me to the crime, bkoz the date of rechargin and that of the crime wont march

  18. DMK   April 22, 2015 at 8:07 am

This is a good way of making people keep their surroundings clean by making sure they dispose off their scratched cards properly.
