ZCID Counsels PF, Opposition Over Constitution
The Zambia Center for Inter Party Dialogue (ZCID) has called on the ruling party and opposition to sit down and dialogue over the constitution making process.
ZCID Executive Director Horrance Chilando has told QFM News via telephone that it is worrying that the constitution making process has continued to be a thorny issue between the ruling party, opposition political parties and other concerned stakeholders.
Mr. Chilando believes that the key solution to this impasse is to call for a round table discussion and see how to move forward as one.
He says finger pointing will not help the nation in any way but talk things out in amicable manner.
He adds that both the ruling party and opposition have valid points over the constitution making process and this is the more reason why they should sit down and see how they will move forward.
Mr. Chilando says there is need to sit down and look at the pros and cons saying it will not just help them but the people also.

The opposition has always been ready to dialogue with all stake holders. However, who can reason with the pf, a party full of vulgar illiterate empty tins such as kamwbili who think they know it all. How can we reason with a president who comes from a legal background and yet still interacts with sangomas.

How can we reason with a party that does not respect the rule of law and its president directs the police personally to deal with opposition leaders?

So according to this crocodile,He still does understand the concept behind a Haughty person and a Humble person,the above statements in themselves are poisoned steak coated with attractive gravy appetizer,when ECL says am your servant you are the Bosses,eh!I have no Vision,help me with your Visions,short sighted people blow the whole thing out of Proportion. Today the same arrogant Mongrels turn around saying we can not reason with him. simply,because they have nothing tangible to offer on the round table. All they do is critises even were they have no solutions. shame on you!

Let me tell you incase your thinking capacity needs up grade,what has put your hero were he is today is his Haughty Behavior(pomposity)that’s why he will never attain the corridors of power. What has made ECL were he is today,is his Humbleness,lowliness, which will see him to the levels of UN secretary GENERAL. While you continued wallowing in Jealousy and Baseless Hate. @ a president who directs police to Arrest political leaders!kikikikikiki!lol! Very Dull,luck of a better term to suit such a low level head cockroach.So, when your hero says something unethical to the nation that is likely to anarchy,Government must just sit back and let him Scot free?He must not have an attitude of Diotrephes,who have no respect for those taking the lead, he is under the rule of law,If he is Aggrieved let him find better ways to address his Aggrievance or else he will cut his Dreams short by ending up in Mukobeko.HH with his attitude can not lead this country,one can tell the irresponsibly yapping in the media,that’s why we rejected him and forever in our heats we will. wait for 2016 proof enough.

Son of a gun, you have said alot and yet said nothing. All those comments just to respond to my comment shows everyone that you are at wits end. YOu seem frustrated and stressed. What is the work of the police? why should they wait for the president to direct them before they act? The police and investigative wings are supposed to be independent from the executive. Are you saying,Police are not doing their Job,It has to take the whole lot of His Excellence to crank up the IG,even when ordinary citizens like You and me know it very well that when one says something stupid against the powers that be, is an offense.To you it matters less,as long as it suits your leader to Vomit Garbage in public right!I mean,like seriously,we expect an aspiring candidate of his caliber to act more maturely,his statements are Nose diving if you ask me!come on!Even you,please constructively critics must apply if u to engage us in that direction,not a stupendous attitude,really!be responsible.
