Boy, 14, Arrested For Stealing Car

POLICE in Lusaka have arrested a 14-year-old boy for allegedly stealing a vehicle which was parked at a mosque in Matero township.
Lusaka Province commissioner of police Charity Katanga said in an interview yesterday that the incident happened on Sunday around 13:00 hours whilst the owner of the vehicle was attending prayers.
“The vehicle was parked outside the mosque by the owner and when he returned 20 minutes later, he found that it was being driven away by an unidentified person,” Ms Katanga said.

Yeah, this is the norm when you have a government which doesn’t look after its youth.Let us have meaningful programs to empower the youth, not just those who are well connected.

Mj banda good you know. A simple case of juvenile delinquency due to a lack of guidance and social recreation facilities for young people under this useless pf government. Poverty has meant that kids are having to take on adult responsibilities at tender age. They are left no option but to carry out adult crimes to survive. Vote upnd we are tired

DEC officers should pay you a visit for your own good. Whatever it is you are drinking or smoking is illegal. Alternatively, just check yourself in before you end up running naked on the streets.
