Oh so now the pf is directly responsible for the death of these twins. it seems the UPND was going to save them if they were in office, i see no realistic reason to politicize this issue unless you are one of those bias UPND Cadres.
They are called siamese twins or conjoined twins.This phenomenon is 1 in 49,000 births,common in asia africa and south america.Unfornately most are stillborn or die during or after delivery.Some actually grow to adulthood.May they rest in peace,little angels.Return back to the lords bossom,because the kingdom of God belongs to you innocent souls!

This happens. It has happened before and there is nothing devilish about it except for those who have nt been to school. The babies are conjoined because one of them’s development ceased before birth
