Information has emerged that Edgar Lungu is the biological son of Rupiah Banda who was born outside wedlock from a woman who was the elder sister to Micheal Sata’s first wife ‘Mary Phiri’ the mother to Mulenga Sata.
Mulenga Sata and Edgar Lungu are first cousins, while Henry Banda and Edgar Chagwa Lungu Banda are brothers in the sense that they share the same father (Rupiah)while each has his own mother.
