Lungu Dissolves PF Central Committee

President Edgar Lungu has dissolved the ruling Patriotic Front‘s Central Committee.
Only party Chairperson for Elections Emmanuel Mpakata has been spared by the dissolution.
PF Deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri has told journalists in Lusaka today that Mr. Mpakata has been maintained to oversee internal party elections.
Ms Phiri says once the by-elections are done, Mr. Mpakata will also leave his position as President Edgar Lungu reconstitutes the ruling party’s supreme organ.
Ms Phiri explains that the PF President has powers to dissolve the Central Committee and appoint new members he wants to work with.
She says this is why President Lungu has decided to dissolve the current Central Committee.

Michael Sata ( MHSRIP ) left a draconian PF Constitution which gives very sweeping powers to the Party President. He has authority of appointing persons to almost all top Party positions.Am not sure if he foresaw that being mortal that all human beings are,he would not live for ever to exercise those powers.PF should find a way of re visiting its Constitution.

Go on my son, i am listening tell me more about your PFs self immolation and divert to your cousin MMDs comatose state and probably jump to the rainebola vegetative state, guess what i took a nice walk along Cairo road without any hassle, no katangalitic behavior from the police, what a promenade no pangas attached, just peaceful marchers for freedom, oooh oh sweet Cairo road today. What a worthy cause for my country than praying for a flea’s arrest for rape or is it chibwabwa that now he has been acquitted , guess that the only thing you did for today,no i think you is still hating on me for no reason, i will keep praying for you son.
