Reduce MPs Office Term To 2 Terms -Mungo
Independent Munali Constituency Aspiring MP Patrick Mungo has suggested that parliamentarian term of office should be reduced to 2 terms like that of the president so that they pave way for other people to take up the relationship.
Mr.Mungo added that these government offices are not corridors of power and wisdom for personal enrichment because some MPs have served for more than 2 terms in office.
“What is it that they have not done of which they want to accomplish? This will also ensure or compile parliamentarians to serve the people once elected,” said Mungo.

FAZ,NSCZ,MPs,Councilors,ZCTU,CAF,FIFA,ATHLETICS,PF,UPND & FDD all these institutions or organisations should reduce term of office to 2 terms only….

The issue is not about two terms it is more about performance. What you should be concerned about is the enlightenment of our people. The elimination of ignorance so that people can make right decisions through ballot. Vote up nd

Mungo makes a lot of sense – we have these recycled politicians who stopped develiring development many years ago, but are sticking to power to steal and enrich themselves. These MPs also take advantage of the high poverty to buy votes and corrupt election officials. Mr Mungo, your suggestions are very welcome. And all the best with your fight for the Munali seat, I am sure you will scoop it because the people of Munali have been victims of over-staying, corrupt and incompetent leaders. We need fresh and service-driven leaders like you.
