‘Naturally, Chishimba Kambwili could have lambasted Pilato for the song, but uncharacteristic of him, the man has chosen to be silent,’ explained the source. ‘Have you heard any of these guys who defended Lungu like he held the key to their salvation threatening Pilato lately? Nabalutemwa ulwimbo (they are happy with the song),’ the source added.
The insider further revealed that most PF ‘generals’ where so upset with president Lungu that he was handing the party they founded to people they risked their lives to remove from power.
‘These guys are so upset with ba Lungu that they even want to get Pilato to do more songs for them, but knowing Pilato, the man can’t agree. He is too principled to be bought. Even Mumbi Phiri is beginning to agree with Chishimba Kambwili that it’s better to sell their souls to the devil than dine with people they once considered as crooks, corrupt and incompetent.
‘You can understand the palpable anger. These guys spent 10 years fighting MMD… abena Dora, Simbao, Mulusa, Masumba, RB –people who sold ZANACO, ZAMTEL, Zambia Railways and Finance Bank, PF reversed all these sells but one, ZANACO. Now ba Lungu is giving power back to these suspects. So abena Kambwili see Pilato’s song as a perfect hit expressing the displeasure of many Pf members and those whole loved Sata.’
Asked on why these disgruntled people have not resigned to show their displeasure, the source said that these people may be scheming to wrestle power from Edgar Lungu.
‘Actually, abena Kalaba believe Edgar Lungu is nothing without them. They are even planning for a meeting with Dr. [Guy] Scott to apologize for the scorn and disrespect they poured on him in the run up to the by-election but he [Scott] has been telling them he is busy,’ the source narrated.
‘Watch this space. As we near the general elections, there will be more noise in PF. The real PF guys fully support Pilato’s song about Alungu. They even want to sponsor him because they know that the court cases being lamped on him are acts of desperations by the president… for now I can only tell you that Nkandu Luo, George Chellah, Kambwili, Yaluma, Davies Mwila, Kalaba, Jean Kapata and Yamfwa Mukanga want Pilato on their side, that’s why they are no longer defending the president.’
Pilato could not be reached for a comment by press time but as already stated above, Pilato is a gentleman who believes in something and we seriously doubt that he can agree to be used by the PF to fight their all-out war against MMD takeover.

The song the hint in my vehicle. I really dance. I was also wondering why Kambwili more specially kambwili’s quietness on the song. I even told my nieces that Kambwili must be behind Piloto’s arrest. and he must be the one physically who have gone to pike him up. Kalaba’s eyes were out of the sockets whenever he defended Lungu and i almost crashed my television set coz i really hated the fool(kalaba)but now their savoir is being sung and they are quiet? Its shocking. For sure they behaved like lungu had their key to salvation towards by elections. They wre ready to cut anyones’ ear like peter did to one of those men who arrested Jesus. Its sad that they are now regretting barely 5 months of their savoiur in poor.Its shameful and Zambian’s should stop kwalola umwla.

I am not sure about the advantages or disadvantages this song has to the PF or UPND, but one thing is for sure, it speaks for a lot of Zambians who have no means of letting the Government know what they think about EL working with RB. Whether you like it or not a lot of people are not happy with the “marriage” between Lungu and RB. This marriage is making a lot of people uncomfortable

Chishima Kambwili is the one hu approached RB to help them win the Eastern vote,infact UPND were also courting RB at that time.PF were not going to win without RB’S help.And why is it that its only the Bemba clique that is unhappy with Lungu?the truth of the matter is this clique helped Lungu asurp power so they can control him.the same thing happend to Chiluba in 1991.a powerful Bemba group led by Emanuel Kasonde helped Chiluba come to power so they can control him.imediately Chiluba won,they held a meeting in Kasama were they disccused thier next strategy.however Katongo Maine hu was part of the meeting leaked the plot to Chiluba hu then fired Kasonde and asserted his authority in the party.thts wat Lungu is lacking.

Politics is about numbers. If RB and Dora had decided to back UPND instead, these same UPND cadres would not be conveying these hate speeches. In view of the above, it is clear that UPND is in real desperation. There are no permanent enemies in politics and now it has even become more dynamic. As Zambians we what we want and come 2016 we will do better in voting than in the last by election. Road construction works are going on across the whole country, Hospitals and clinics are being built in every district, 165 of them, Schools are being built almost everywhere, there is peace and unit in the nation, KK has even blessed this wonderful nation, God is in our land etc etc, what else do we want?
