PF Cadres You Need To Think About This
Pilato has been charged with ‘conduct likely to breach the peace’ as opposed to the defamatory charge which you believed was appropriate. The police have disagreed with you. They don’t believe Pilato defamed the President.

There are enough lessons for you to learn from in such instances. Right in this PF government after bitter and emotional complaints by you PF cadres, Frank Bwalya was dragged through the court system for calling President Sata, chumbu munshololwa. People told you chumbu mushololwa is not an insult but you were adamant even though majority of you can understand Bemba perfectly well including non Bembas like Shamenda and Jean Kapata. For sure when judgment day came, the magistrate basically slapped Bwalya on the hands and let him go.
But even before the Frank Bwalya case, you could have learnt from Gen Shikapwasha, Peter Mumba and Roy Clarke and the case of muwelewele. Gen Shikapwasha and Peter Mumba were determined that they could rid Zambia of Roy Clarke because they were convinced Clarke had committed high treason by calling Levy Mwanawasa as muwelewele. Your founding President MC Sata told the dual that muwelewele was not an insult. They insisted. To date Roy Clarke is still in Zambia while Shikapwasha and Mumba left government a long time ago.
Clarke’s story ‘Mfuwe’ were in he referred to Mwanawasa as muwelewele is part of a book that Clarke published after his acquittal and will be read for generations to come. In the same manner people will continue referring to stubborn people as chumbu munshololwas. And in the same vein, people will sing and dance to ‘a Lungu anabwera’ many years to come. By which time most of you would have been relegated to oblivion.
So PF cadres, you are better off spending your time and energy in helping President Edgar Lungu and the PF make Zambia a better country to live in. If you spend your energies on development and poverty alleviation, 2016 could be a walkover for your party.

not that the police disagree. police in zambia are down right incompetent. they always have one charge for everybody. conduct likely to blah blah blah. that is why many guilty people are walking the streets while most innocent and docile people languish in prisons.

But when was privatization, under Chiluba, and we saw how those guys danced to Mwanawansa administration inclunding Chiluba but nothing was heard about HH. the only time HH is being foolwed is now and all Lungu ‘anabwela’ wants is to know and see HH

We knew that Pilato did not have a case to answer. Even in court one is made to hold the bible and say “What I am about to say is the truth and nothing else but the truth so God help me”. What Pilato sang about is the truth and nothing else but the truth…..lol!

IF NOT, it does’nt matter whether the court brings the matter agin or not Pilato’s song has the truth and truth hates. Whether is sentenced we know how our court system is. It worships the appointing powers. That why we are saying if HH had a case to answer over his wealth think how Lungu anabwela would dance naked to ensure that his threat is in jail. Lungu can die of excitement since he is sick. So whatever happens to Pilato the Zambians will be listening and will judging.
