Oppositions say that you need to use yo own money to build infrastructure and all capital projects you may think of. No borrowing to recruit and train personnel .

I love this goverment of PF but I have this to say.Next year we expect govt and the labour unions to come up with just a fixed figure such as k2000 as an increament accross the board for all civil servants.Percentntage increaments are just widenning the gap between the rich and the poor civil servants,or else we wont vote 4 them

Recruit them and fail to pay them their salaries. So far Government is struggling to pay existing civil servants. It is a good move but can the PF government start working on ways of raising money as its expenditure is going up.

Some figures, K154,650,000.00.Can some technocrats give us a breakdown of how this colossal amount will be utilized in recruiting 5,000 teachers @ K30,930.00 each…unheard of.Should we start suspecting that 80% of this amount will be mis-managed? Lesa twafweni!
