Someone just wakes up and asks such an empty question so far. Even my grade twelve daugheter could at least ask like as follows;

How much of the money allocated to the roads have been utilised fully.

RDA shows the cost of each road when they are tendering.

How do you ask govt to fail to give you such an answer? This is a sign that people are fast asleep and after smoking weed, they ask cheap questions.
