Isn’t it just the carelessness of the office holders? Madam Libongani, if it expensive to train some of these old office bearers, take them elsewhere. Most of them are hard headed BBCs (Born Before Computers) and are too clogged up to learn. So, they rely on third if not tenth parties to process their data into info. So catching anyone is as good as chasing your own tails. (That is as if you have any)

Minister knows that foreign insurance companies in league with foreign insurance brokers are depriving the Zambian insurance brokers and Zambian owned insurance companies of any business from these contractors, mining houses and financial institutions alike. Why are they not bringing in 70% shareholding for Zambians in every insurance and brokering company to stop this rot?

Leaking information to the media is a global phenomenon that our Zambian police force in a colonial khaki uniform cant even come close to stopping the trend. So just be transparent and honest in your deals, why worry if your shenanigans are not devious?

Honestly, I thing and see that the Police service has collapsed.
Go on to the road from Chelstone to Chainda. The thugs of minibus drivers rule the road, You cannot say anything.
This is the waste I have seen that I sometimes think that Ms Libongani may be stays in South Africa like Kalusha Bwalya the absentee FAZ President
