Pilato Walks To Freedom, DPP Enters Nolle In His ‘Alungu Anabwera’ Hit Song
POPULAR Musician Chama Fumba also known as Pilato has been set free after the state dropped his case. He was charged with an offence of conduct likely to cause a breach of peace.
The state has entered a nolle prosequi in the case in which controversial Copperbelt musician Pilato is facing one count of conduct likely to breach peace.
It is alleged the musician, born Chama Fumba a song titled ‘Alungu Anabwela’ that incensed some sectors of the public.
In the controversial satirical piece out of the studio, allegedly takes aim and lampoons President Lungu and brings the name of the Head of State into disrepute with lyrical content that suggests the Head of State emerges out of his former Constituency Chawama with Jameson and other potent whiskeys stashed in his suit case to become President after the death of the PF’s founding President Micheal Sata.

…@Trixy Kikiki problem with PF there alot of dull leaders now they look stupid. When Pilato was arrested I knew it won’t go no where legally I even challenged most PF chaps here to tell me how Pilato breached peace entirely based on an online song? Which public complained? So If Edgar was a smart law student he would ve known better!

This also tells us that the president doesn’t have credible advisors this manifests in alot wrong decisions he makes e.g unnecessary international traveling, dancing at foreign countries airports, no plan how to fix the economy, etc. For a clear nolle prosequi case to be allowed to even reach the courts just gives questions if at all Edgar was an “A” student in law. I really doubt if he was.

You must be a very behind person firstly a nolle prosequi didn’t come from Mr. Jameson secondly it’s the PF balloon heads that need learning not Pilato they just made him more popular are you aware since the case started Pilato has even met with the US ambassador to the extent of making him do a thumps in a foto? How many of you can even share a room with him?
